The Republicans have limited power.
They can investigate and expose, but it's up to the Executive Branch to fire and prosecute. (The Senate can impeach if 2/3rds vote guilty, but that would require almost 20 Democrats to agree. And it's highly unlikely that the Democrats will cooperate). Americans have to fix this in the next election.
Unfortunately that will never happen I wish this guy would be fired already but he won’t.

This is the sixth or seventh time of hearings with Mayorkas that I can recall and it might be incorrectly brought to Congress and is a constant CSPAN show of theatrics. Supposedly Every Employee has to fill out a I-9 Form that proves they are allowed to work. Either a Citizen or work permit. Did this law get tossed or what? I managed several Businesses and all of them required Picture I.D. and a completed I-9 form for employment.

They are building a case for impeachment but they don't have the votes, so it's better to use this time to create as many viral moments as they can to vote these people out of office the next round.

My wife and I saw a large group of these people at the Border Station at Nogales..They were just ouside of the border entrance to Nogales, Az ...They are actually entering our state without anything but this APP ...We had an appt with a dentist office just across the border..Many of these folks,,Men women and children end up in tents and who knows where else our state..
