Granta recently leased the 97.7k ft2 warehouse unit on 4 acres. Savills listing shows the entrance drive is Not part of the lease until half way back at the tree break and water tank. The gated access on the back side is part of the lease. The unit was occupied by MHStar 2015-22 and in 2018 the 3 storey office block was demolished replaced by the front hardstand; vacant a long period prior to MHStar; Gates Hydraulics located in the unit in 2008 views.
