I personally think, Devonta Smith will have a better NFL Career, because I don't think Chase can maintain his playstyle forever, because he relies so much on strength and athleitism. While Devonta Smith's Route Running and Crazy Hands will never go away and he can also improve if he just gets stronger and heavier, which is really not hard.
The zebras will call offensive pass interference on chase with slight hand guesting, the first game of the season aj green slight push off called cost us the game. Even though there is hand fighting during route both ways I believe chase will get called. I hate to be a negative Nancy but I have been a bengals fan for almost 50 years. And we do not get the benefit of a lot of ticky tack calls. I hope im wrong and chase balls out with burrow but close games with steelers ravens and the other darlings of the nfl generally do not get the calls. Chase is aggressive in his route I hope he will continue to play his way, corners are going to be aggressive with him to see how he reacts. Again hate to be negative Nancy on replies but I've seen it for to many years.
It has to be a QB who's more willing to push the ball down field into contested catch situations. That's not Tua, and based on last year that's not Burrow either.
I'm preying they go for Penei. I think they're in love with the empty stuff with Burrow since that's what he based out of at LSU. He's gonna get his ass kicked if they're just keeping the 5 in protection. You have to get the best possible OL to make sure he's clean as much as possible

If the defender is touching him... is he not allowed to touch him back harder and more purposefully? I can see if the guy is just running and Chase pushes him but Chase invites contact so that he can commit OPI and remove his defender from coverage with more violence than is usually administered. That guy at 3:10 was touching Chase out of the break. Chase touched him back better. The same thing happened on that deep route on AJ Terrell. If we can OPI on Chase for that then it means the rule is you can touch and be touched but you can’t win the hand fight.
