I think we are not giving enough credit to Joe Vitale. He is the one that is making all this possible, visible and popular. He satisfies all Laura's wishes and he is the manager behind everything. Yes, Laura is incredible cook, but what if she had to do everything by herself? All the editing, organizing meeting, live shows, photoshop work and so on....I am a photographer and I cannot only sit and take great photographs and be creative - I need to have knowledge of editing, marketing, sales, styling, accountancy....You can not make it alone, big Thank you to Joe! Your really love this woman!
So happy to see you on the Cooking Channel. It's about time they have an authentic Italian cook that is amazing & acts like herself. You deserve it! Congrats to you Laura & your new show!
LAURA.. im so so so proud of you. You finally got your own show on TV. I wish I lived in the US that way I could see your show. Loooove you so much Laura.
I love that you always give us tips on how to cook/bake it's super useful! I've been watching your videos since 2012 and I'm really good at cooking and baking ALL BECAUSE OF YOU!!!!!!!! thank you!
I've been watching your channel from the beginning and you are truly an amazing cook. everything you make always turns out perfect and you made me love cooking again. I'm so excited that you have a cooking show now. I just wanted to say thank you!!!!
I love how Laura can eat her own food at the end and it really shows that she enjoys and loves it! So many youtubers go wayyyyyy overboard on their tasting at the end and it makes them look fake, narcissistic, even if it is good. Your either great actress or a fantastic chef, and my money is on the second one! ily Laura
Laura, that looks delightful but I don't have a stand mixer, I wish I had :( can you make a no knead bread recipe? I know there are plenty of no knead recipes out there but I really really want to see your take on it ! Thank you Laura :)
I will definitely try this. I LOVE Nutella. I am 67 yrs old and used to eat it when visiting my family in Italy as a child. I am so happy it has found its way to America..
Joe. Thank you for listening to us. You kept the camera on the food. I loved it! And Laura, I first fast forward to your eating then rewind to see it being done. I base my "how fast do I watch this video" by your bites. Lol
Laura, I saw you today on "The kitchen" on the food network. You were wonderful as always! You are so funny and such a natural in front of the camera. Wishing you amazing success on your new show "Simply Laura" on the cooking channel!
Laura!! Now that fall is coming can you please share with us some of your delicious soup recipes? I'm dying for a hot bowl of chicken & wild rice... or maybe a loaded baked potato & bacon? Broccoli & Cheddar? Cream of mushroom? Yum! Yum! Who else is hungry?
I don't do the baking in the house. My wife does. I do the cooking and have used a few of your recipe's. Since my two sons love nutella. I showed this to my wife. She made it for them and the church potluck. Everyone loved it.
I will have to try this. I made your stuffed shells recipe over the weekend and it was delicious, huge hit with my 2yr old and he's a tough critic. I also just made garlic knots to go with dinner tonight and I completely understand having to fight yourself from eating them all :)
Hey Laura! Thanks for your inspiration! I tried that kind of bread but gave it a twist ;) I made it more salty with Cheddar cheese, garlic, thyme, chives and Persil. That is AWESOME. If only I could share a pic... they are fabulous thanks a lot :)
Just watched you on the kitchen on the food network. So cool to see you on tv! Love seeing that hard work pays off!!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌 Can't wait to see your show at 130!

since it's so close to Halloween can you make one of these with maybe pumpkin or even a sweet potato bread. would be something to consider. thanks your awesome laura
OK that's it! Joe, I know you're a genius with techy stuff, you NEED to come up with something that can allow us to download food from Laura's videos!!! Awesome job you guys!!! xoxo
Hi Laura. Love your videos, longtime watcher :) Just wanted to add my two cents on the "activated yeast" discussion. All that you do when you add the yeast to warm water is confirm that the yeast is alive and well. It's a valuable step, especially if you aren't used to baking with yeast. However, it's not true that it won't work unless you do this step. In fact, if you know your yeast is good, you can easily add it to the dry ingredients, and your product will rise all the same as if you did it separately ahead of time (maybe slightly slower).
I think we are not giving enough credit to Joe Vitale. He is the one that is making all this possible, visible and popular. He satisfies all Laura's wishes and he is the manager behind everything. Yes, Laura is incredible cook, but what if she had to do everything by herself?
