Was the milk supposed to be warm for the yeast? (It didn’t say in video or written recipe) also the written out recipe doesn’t match the video for the mixing length of time so people must use written recipe instead. Lastly I Have looked everywhere online for those pan sizes and can’t find them.

I don’t have a convection oven, now what? Can I make this is my good old conventional oven? Same temp? Thanks!
375° and bake a little longer.
