Its already leaked superconduct electrocharge, overload shatter is getting buffed in 5.2
Chevreuse is a 5 star masquerading as a 4 star. Players rejecting overload bc it knocks enemies back don't know what they're missing.

2:41 as a diehard Mualani main, I want to clarify something. Mualani tends to work best against two or three bunched-up targets. This is because you need three charges to get her the big shark bite off, and two/three targets lets her get this before the cooldown for the shark bite ends. Above three is when she starts losing DPS. My Mualani is C1, and I get an additional shark bite off against two or three targets when compared to a single target.

As a Eula main (totally unbiased opinion incoming) I hope they DONT make new physical carries, I would much rather them focus on making good physical supports before or at the same time as carries. I would say “make a Chevrouse for it” but that would mean you’d have to replace Furina, and she’s way too good. Hopefully they just make someone who uses superconduct to reduce defense by a lot like you said:)

Why would a physical Chevreuse replace Furina? Physical doesn't have a specific element to be triggered hence there will be nothing that'll replace her.
@@nyes4596 Because a physical Chevrouse would be a character that makes use of the Electro+cryo reaction, superconduct, since Furina is hydro, she wouldn’t be able to be on the team. Ofc you wouldn’t need to replace Furina if there wasn’t an elemental restriction 😎
@@NobleFaeriie-GrandCross Right, but superconduct isn't an element that's specifically for Physical unlike overload, Shatter also has physical damage so idk why they'll restrict it-

after nilou i’m still waiting for more characters that change the way reactions function. how cool would it be if the crystallize shards could explode and deal damage? or if enemies that are frozen immediately break free, but in turn take extra cryo damage. we have and likely will continue to get characters that benefit from specific reactions (navia chevreuse emilie kinich etc) but i think characters that break the rules in creative ways are far more interesting.

Okay, hear me out….. a Geo E-C buffer like chevreuse. He/She creates (indestructible) Geo Constructs that act like tesla quills (sp?) while buffing electro charged damage or hydro and electro damage within their range.
Maybe not the strongest option unless he/she is over tuned but a very cool concept, dont ya think?
I can't help but wonder if someone has seen a certain electro-charged sub DPS's kit info? So far Ororon's (beta) kit utility includes a taunt [CC], [ER], and a 30% [ATK Buff] at C6. I wouldn't say that he alone makes the reaction meta, but with Chasca right beside him, I think we'll have that Electro-Charge buff your eluding to.
Legit Melt is a good reaction. Good multipliers, gets the same EM buffs as vape(which we know how good that reaction is)
Legit all that's holding it back are the characters. We don't have enough off field pyro characters, the cryo off fielders are fine like Reverse melt Rosaria with Xiangling.
Or Kaeya but we are really scraping the bottom of the barrel here.
We also need more pyro off fielders that do damage(looking at you Deyha!)
Make Melt good, make characters that can use it to great affect. We have enough dps characters on borh sides we don't have enough off fielders.
agreed, the Pyro characters are the issue, not the Cryo ones.
Hell, I disagree with Juice's take that Wriothesley is the ONLY unit that can Melt well, Ganyu does more than enough, she's just a victim of early 1.x patch combat kit design with subpar multipliers compared to modern units.
I know Crystalize is fine because Navia converts is into damage, but hear me out the shield strength of the shards scale with DEF not EM. Geo as an element is full of defense scalers and the ones that don't still don't want EM so not only does it increase the potency of the shield but it fits thematically. Geo or Earth magic has an colloquial perception both in Genshin and otherwise as a defensive attribute and the reaction of crystallize is static because it produces a physical shard imbued with an element. As where things like Vape/Melt while still physical (as in fire vapes water and melts ice) are more so chemical in nature and also adaptive based on the different elements it reacts with. What I mean by that is you have Hydro/Cyro/Pyro/Electro Crystalize but you don't have something like Pyro-Electro being Electro Vape it is a new reaction with different rules.
This would make it so Geo characters can slot in as defensive utility replacements. Noelle would give you three big shields (her actual shield and two Crystlize procs) Chiori would be a sub-dps that makes you immortal, and Yun Jin would get to keep a shield of worth after swapping off field. I know this devalues the arcon by making every Geo defense scaler into pseudo Zhongli. No but I have no comment I don't see the issue with that he still benefits just way less.
Even with Chevreuse we still don't care about overload reaction. It's just a trigger to activate her buffs.

The problem with an electro charged Chevreuse is that hydro characters are already top tier, and Mihoyo REALLY can't afford to make Neuvi even MORE broken. If Neuvi or Furina gets a buff from a character that buffs everyone and their neighbor (*cough* Xilonen *cough*), it's acceptable because you only have one Xilonen on your account and she can likely be used in both teams, but a buff that specific ? Specifically aimed at the element that already has 3 absolute top tier units ? Nah, not happening.
Either they create a character that buffs the reaction itself, for example "the damage dealt by the electrocharged reaction when this character is in the team scales on this character's HP/ATK/EM/ER", whatever really, like Nilou, rather than an elemental damage multiplier, or a character that gets buffed when dealing electrocharged (maybe "this unit gains 20% electro damage bonus whenever it triggers an electrocharged reaction for 6s, stackable 4 times", like Emilie or something more peculiar like Kinich)
But yeah, a massive Hydro damage bonus is dangerous with Neuvi around since he doesn't really rely on any reaction for his damages.
I have a feeling Shenhe is going to make a huge comeback after Natlan. The sheer state of Eula makes me sad. I absolutely love her design. She was a beast back in the day, sadly that isn't the case anymore. She was the first character I ever went out of my way to get her weapon for.

Tsaritsa won't be centered around Melt. Archons tend to be generic, you can stick a Furina or Zhongli in any team right ?
My guess is that the Tsaritsa will be quite classic in her role, support bringing Off-field cryo application and a gimmick of her own, I'm betting it will offer her team Crit Rate/Damage.
Is that gonna be broken ? Yeah. But that's expected of the last archon to come out, right ?
I mean according to leaks electro charge, overload, superconduct and shatter get a dmg buff.
I'm guessing that when citlali is introduced she'll offer some buff in superconduct, and also if capitano is truly a cryo character it is 100% possible.
Iansan is also a electro so hopefully iansan does have a kit related to superconduct but she probably will be in path of overload.
I'll be curious to see how they address this. It does give me hope after seeing several improvements reviving essentially dead reactions. I mean, Chevreuse has made my Raiden Shogun an absolute monster. I call her the Grim F***ing Reaper for a reason. It's very exciting to see such innovation in a game that has been around a few years.
I really hope they'll make crit-base buffer in iceland cause of the cryo buffs are all about crits

Hoyo is definitely holding out on Cryo units. Heck, even pyro units. In the "Pyro" nation the only actual pyro character is the archon herself.
Well funnily enough 5.2 is going to buff reaction dmg so hopefully these ones get their much anticipated boost
ngl even if electrocharged isn't that good i would still played it every single time over hyperbloom for the simple reason that i think it's more fun. I played a lot of hyperbloom when it released for most of sumeru but towards the end i've gotten bored of it and now i never play it, meanwhile i still play taser bcus it's very fun, whether it's yae taser or clorinde taser or some other team. If they ever do buff electrocharged that would be cool but even if it never happens it wouldn't stop me from playing ec all the time lol
im not sure if its true but a leaker said in 5.2 electrocharged, shatter, superconduct and overload will all be buffed ^_^, i really hope its true that would make so many new teams
Sadly, the Superconduct damage buff does nothing for physical dps-es. Because it still depends on EM. Same for Shatter. Shatter will still deal physical damage, but will depend on EM.

Buffing the damage of a reaction that the point is reducing phys res does nothing to the units that actually wanna use it but hoyo doesn't give shit about phys anymore anyways
I'm sorry, but I tried Fremi. He's nice, and I tried to compare his gameplay and damage to Eula and... outside of C6 he's not worth it. And at C6 - he's barely, just a little weaker in my opinion.
Oh and also, you know what will help physical teams - a sub dps who actually cares about superconduct's 40% phys. resistance shred, A.K.A, physical sub dps. Heck, you can even give him electro vision and skill that deals physical damage with small amount of electro damage.
Literally the only phys off fielder in Eula teams (or maybe phys teams in general) is a Clam Mika, and I find that both funny and sad. Funny, because the damage is actually not bad, max damage bubble pop the first time and then around 8-10k after that if you're using Furina with max fanfare, and sad because that's the only phys off fielder, and it's an ARTIFACT SET, NOT A CHARACTER.
I say this as a Clam Mika enjoyer. My boi has always kept my team at good up levels and always has burst available, but please Hoyo, I would love more phys off fielders 😭
@@omegadefender85 And even more sadder part, is that outside of Furina, his bubbles from clam set will do almost zero damage.
Oh, and for Songs of the Days Past? It's worse as buffing art set than Nobless. Even in Furina teams. I tried, cause I had that full set after Navia farming.

Nah, peaceful debuffs on enemies be damned, i want chaos.
Lord almighty make crystalize shards explode after expiring or being destroyed, bloom isn’t enough i need all my teams to make the battle field look like a war-zone, if i have to kill them regardless of if i want to or not then i at least want to see those baby saurians pop.
I just thought about an idea for crystallized that not only they get elemental resistance to that same element but they get the elemental benefit boost that comes from it.

Juice, good news. From a reliable leaker, Overload, Superconduct, Shatter, and Eelctro Charge all got base damage percent buffs for 5.2.
