The way the enemies move, the bosses included, makes me believe it's a TAS. They move in a way that makes me believe that the RNG has been manipulated for a specific purpose.

Here there is nothing.But if all other videos in the channel are TAS,and there is just one without TAS in the description,it's probably still a TAS but he\she didn't mention it,deliberately or just forgot to do it!
I've played it quite a bit, both in the arcade days(I'm old I know :) and through MAME. It's always a possibility I am incorrect, but after a second time watching the video, it looks like a TAS to me. Even the second boss "Butcher" (2:52) was destroyed without even one Machete swing. To get to that point in the game in real time, even the best of the best took about ten minutes real time. This guy(or girl) did it in less that three. TAS for sure.
In Cadillacs & Dinosaurs , when the character's health drop to lower than 20 %, there is a chance to improve/upgrade character's attack level to double damage than normal.
@@twinkler6578 no it does happend but its really rare and u have to be lucky,it happend to me many times but if u get hit again when you have dmg boost you will lose it.
