Hi MM, thanks 4 another awesome post. I too suffer from a chronic disease and I know cooking 4 myself is the best way to keep my symptoms at bay. I love BB and cannot wait to try this. Thanks again.

They are! I hope you give them a try Lynette!
+1 for the beef barbacoa, super good. I used a cast iron pan and seared on stove. Put a splash of water in to scrap pan, dumped all of it in the insta pot to not throw away that extra flavor.
Thanks for sharing
Wonderful recipe
Thanks so much! I hope you enjoy!
I have made Italian beef in the crockpot and recently I made it and used a mandolin to slice it ( what a pain). This, by far, was easy and of course quick. This will be my new go-to for Italian beef. Thank you!
You are so welcome! So happy to hear you enjoyed!

I need to ask something about your instant pot. I have the same one you do and I really like it but I was wondering on the stainless steel insert pot have you developed any type of black spots on it. I contacted the company by e-mail they have not got back with me. I really like your channel and have subscribed
Hi Jim! I am glad you like my channel. I use stainless steel to clean my inner pot and it is pretty spotless. You can purchase a replacement on Amazon. I can't think of a reason black spots have occured, but it could be to what you are cooking.
If you still have black spots, I would try boiling white vinegar in your pot for 20 minutes. That cleans mine up well!
Good recipe but question. What is so great about an Instant pot that an oven or slow cooker can`t do? Great memories were coming home from school in the winter with foggy windows because mom was making something in the oven and the smell, plus the house extra warm.
I love slow cooked dinners, but the Instant Pot speeds it up and is safe to use for frozen cuts of beef.
Ok, I'm doing 2lbs of beef, so I'm cutting the time to 30 min., and of course, let it vent naturally
Hi Lily! Because the beef is cut into chunks, the cook time will remain the same regardless if you cook 1 pound or 5 pounds.
@@AMindFullMom ok. Thank you. FYI - I did it in 30 minutes and it came out good! Thank you Kristen 😘😘
@@lilsmart805 Good to know!!
Cheese on meat?
It never hurt in my book--at least when it comes to tacos!
@@AMindFullMom cheese on meat can cause serious problems such as clogged arteries
90 minutes seems way too long for frozen, I'm doing like half of that
Oh, I wouldn't recommend doing half that time--unless your beef is cut into smaller chunks. The meat would not be falling apart.
