Protest the Hero - Fortress - Sequoia Throne Cover

I forgot how much fun this song is to play. If you want to get good at guitar, learn this song. It's basically got every technique crammed in there. But it made me realize that Luke kind of just stopped doing long arpeggio runs in later albums. Since that's all I'd been playing, I was way out of practice and it took me a while to get the feel back.
Coming back after a few years with a better ear, I noticed there are some off parts in the books. In the part at 1:00 the hammer-on runs are different, lower scales but then ends up at the scale in the book, and I moved those up the neck to make the high runs easier. And the very last bar is weird. Could be a live version type thing.

One taking all these songs... man, i can't even one take most individual sections😂. This is my training arc so i can go back to avenged sevenfold and finally defeat the harder solos.
