5-Minute Silent Meditation for Inner Peace, and Tranquility

- This is a Short "5 Min Sitting Meditation silent Daily.
As you prepare for your meditation, take a moment to find a comfortable seated position. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in, exhaling slowly. Bring your awareness to the sound of the waterfall in front of you. Imagine yourself sitting at the base of a beautiful, powerful waterfall, surrounded by vibrant green trees, bushes and flowers that are alive with the life-giving energy.
Allow yourself to let go of any tension or stress and settle into this space of peace and tranquility.
As you focus on the sound of the waterfall, breathe deeply and slowly, allowing each inhalation to draw in positive, peaceful energy and releasing any stress or tension with each exhalation. As you continue to breathe, feel your body beginning to relax more and more deeply into the peace and tranquility of this moment.
You can apply this guided meditation in the morning, in the evening or through the day that you need to sit and breathe in stillness.

Yes! People have to start learning to just sit down and listen to Mother Earth and sounds that relax the soul. I sit in my backyard , watch and listen.

Where are you founded so privililege place in mountains with river songs, in our town is only noisy 😢🙏🌃
I have a hard time meditating when humanity, the earth, and the animals are suffering.
Actually when ever you meditate you raise Yr vibrations and that reverberate thru the entire. Planet! Os you are making things better for everyone ❤😊❤
Otherwise, worrying makes it worse! U lower Yr vibrations making things even worse than they were 😢

Definitely, if you are empathic you feel earth energies acutely - for the past 3 years there has been a very dark oppressive energy pervading the earth - it is tangible. I have had to learn to deal with this, clearing my environment by gridding it so I can meditate and lift my vibration.
just sit and breathe, generate energy of compassion for yourself , for all beings and send that energy to the world...
peace with every breath!
