The name sounds like a great idea for Ghibli/Kyoto animations movie. It imagine it as a very sweet, emotional and spiritual love story about a dying girl who falls in love with a depressed boy and becomes his guardian angel after dedicating what is left of her short life to making him happy.
This deserves more likes and views, everything about this is truly amazing, and the other pieces in this channel are beyond breathtaking as well, i hope this channel someday explodes and the world can discover how beautiful music can be

That's because this songs is telling a story. A sad story of a girl that is fighting cancer and dream of liberty from the hospital
She finnally find that liberty but it costs her life.
This is how I see and interpret it. Maybe, i'am completely wrong but... yeah I find this song really sad and dreamfull.

That last sentence saying that she can go in peace, knowing that her family is still alive and will enjoy the life she couldn't have.
