This guy must have hands made of steel to do this all day, a real Iron Chef.
Between the roar of the wok, the sizzling of the ingredients, the billows of aromatic steam and the presentation ... I'm finding the experience to be some what sensuous. And now if you'll excuse me I'm going to step outside and have a smoke.
Watching these videos late at night with a slight alcohol buzz is always such torture, lol. Such delicious looking food and I can't have any of it.
I need a, little, pro Hongkong-chef setup like this as my kitchen 😮
Good luck with that.. the wok burner alone would cost a fortune
Plus the ventilation!
The second dish is the gourmet General Tso’s Chicken, not the US fast food kind for sure.
Pepper Steak , Chicken Chopsuey , sweet sour chicken ,those are real chinese food ...........in US ....haha
It looks like kung pao chicken right ?
that shrimp made the ultimate sacrifice @20:10
20:49 must taste like food of the gods
Just by his stance of the feet, can tell he’s an extraordinary pro
He has an amazing aura
👍 In your next videos’ descriptions mention the camera equipment used?
It’s an iPhone 13/14 pro max.
7:04 - Why did the chef not add the crispy garlic he prepared at 1:44? Did he forget it? My observation is that the dish was served without the garlic.
just like how aglio olio uses olive oil + chili and garlic as its main ingredients,in this case the oil gets infused with the garlic flavour.
No, at 4:51, the chef put the beef into the garlic colander above, and then at 6:17, he put both down to stir with vegetables.
Very big kitchen and it is fast cooking. You are very professional.
4:20 I guess he uses a pedal to control the fire?
Use his knee
Thanks I’ve wondered for months.. now.. can it be gotten elsewhere for home use?
@@Sierrahtl Its super expensive but if you got the mulah, go for it
@@godsu if only.. thanks for the reply..

Kowloon Shangri La hotel - Summer Palace 😊
Supreme deliciousness. 💪💪💪
#crispy 🔥🔥
Your amount is in HKG?
I can’t get over this guy deep frying stuff at that temperature right next to running water
It would be enough a little splash of that water to hit that boiling oil and it’ll be sayonara chef
You're joking right? All asian style commercial kitchens are designed this way, running water is preventing the hazard of the entire kitchen coming a sizzling hot plate. Please read up on it.
'member when Aden used to cook his own food outdoors? Pepperidge Farm remembers.
Aden spits on anyone who eats fast food.
202 dollars ? that is in US or HK ?
US$
21:27
An angry jet engine requiring human meals as sacrifice zam
It sounds as if the wok keeps saying "nine", "nine", "nine", "nine" .....
You should really consider timestamping your videos.
What's the verdict? Just by watching I'm not sure this is the way I'd want my $200 serving of wagyu prepared. Likely would prefer it done the traditional way.
Rich people take risks. Poor people play safe
@@morganchan2465 Other way around. Wealthy people want return of investment, normal people want return on investment.
I LOVE WOKE FRIED JAPANESE WAGYU !
the shrimp toast is so expensive lol
hmm o enak
Didn’t need all that oil for wagyu
Captions please
60$ in ingredients for 200$ EZ
Is that not a ridiculous amount of oil used tho
Do all viewers know Cantonese?
Cooking wagyu the Chinese way is completely wasteful and disrespectful to the ingredients.
Its almost all fried, deep fried...
So. American over filled plates have reached Asia finally?
We just put it all on one plate, instead 15 courses...like you F'n Limeys!!
Omg, sure it was delicious, but they ruined the waygu with oil. Its like >20% fat.
first
Over cooked wagyu 😢
Im cantonese and I would not cook my wagyu like that lol
Mainland Chinese can't afford
that chief is fired .... wasted of material
Eating chinese food is like drinking grease
never let a chinese cuisine chef near a piece of steak, let alone wagyu. he literally poured the wagyu oil down the drain...
Taste it before judging. You hv no idea how versatile wagyu can be.
Great way to ruin a steak
Deep frying everything? Not cool man.
