When I dehydrate bell peppers, I grind the them into powder and it is great for seasoning. I use it in my meatloaf.

Use dehydrated cucumbers for Cucumber Dip Mix. Great for giving mix as gift and serving mix at holiday parties.

If you use younger cukes that dont have big seeds and soak then in a bit of vinegar and salt and then sprinkle with dill...dehydrate and they are delicious snack.

Great idea to dehydrate the cucumbers for dressings. You could also use the powder in smoothies. Take Care & Happy 4th! :)

If you have one, might try either a "spice/coffee" grinder, or even a mortar and pastel, to grind into a powder. That what I have been using for making a of powders,,,works great on turning dried bread into crumbs too. :)

Glad you posted this. I saw a recipe for making Tiziki Sauce. They said squeeze out the excess water so it wouldn't separate from the yogurt. I thought, "why not just dehydrate them and grind them up"? Now I find that can be easily done. Thank you!

I tried another recipe from youTube. I made a slurry with olive oil, vinegar, and himalayan pink salt. I used a wisk and mixed well. Dipped them in the slurry, placed on a similar dehydrator for 14 hours at 135. I am addicted to them now. I like what yours look like but looks a little bland. Thanks for the video, I did subscribe.

I dehydrate tomatoes like a crazy person. Love tomatoes. Then I thought why not cucumbers. Cucumber and tomatoes make for a great salad with onions and garbonzos. Take to work for lunch. A little water, vinegar and or oil. We will see

I do tomatoes too, and that made me think of using the slices on SANDWICHES, im looking for alternate uses if cucumbers cuz you can only eat so many pickles...lol so sandwiches and salads are what I have so far, I dont do smoothies, or face creams, so find those unnecessary for a long term idea of cucumber uses...someone mentioned salad dressing so hoping for a recipe on that using dehydrated everything, could be a great additive to the pressure canned meats when used...so just brain storming, lol

I started dehydrating about 6 years ago, everything from leftovers fróm dinner to marshmallow Puffs. But what I got really good at was apples. Unfortunately because of my political endeavors and beliefs, I was banned from making videos if any kiñd and eventually kicked off of most social pages. I'm not a radical one side of the other but the last video in dehydrating was on apples and I used the phrase " now I'm gonna use my drill (…#&$ )with a hole saw" to core my apples. I did my food shows from a platform that was on an open and equal show. Pretty much open to what the American people wanted to talk about, í guess what I'm trying to say is to just be careful as to what and how you express yourself. I think the video of yours was great, and the main thing I liked is that you kept it simple and easy to lísten. T o and understand. Keep it up and yóu can grow your page quickly, sorry for the rambling novel
