Excited to try :) Curious what dehydrator do you use/recommend?

I use a COSORI Food Dehydrator, with 16.2ft² Drying Space and I love it. I used to have the round plastic trays and they were ok. But after 30 years they do wear out and I replaced it with the Cosori and it has been fantastic!
