And burnout is as much a mental health concern as a physical one. When your mental health is jeopardized, they manifest physically. I've experienced this personally, and so do a lot of people I know. I'm not even an idol. Imagine having to deal with people all the fucking time especially when they're being held to impossible standards.
Another thing is that even for physical symptoms not all of them can be externally observed. Like people can be physically sick and you just can’t tell. In reality a lot of symptoms are not visible exteriorly, eg. fever, pain, diarrhoea, pallor (simply being pale, hard to tell for untrained eye), jaundice (yellow skin, hard to spot in people with darker skin), but they can still cause problems with your functioning or indicate severe issues. Even with severe diseases like cancer, you don’t have to stay in the hospital 24/7, and some therapy now cause little external symptoms. People really shouldn’t jump to conclusions

I can see horseback riding as being a form of both physical therapy and mental health therapy. It's a physical activity, and being around animals that have a calming presence (like horses) can be very soothing for some people. Maybe this is just part of her recovery process. Getting outside is also good for physical and mental health.
Horse therapy has been used to help calm war veterans. There are people alive today who would not be without those horses.

@@tiw5143 it WAS proven false because the “victims” claimed he bullied them when in fact it was both parties beefing with each other. everything happened in middle school and it was never one sided as they wanted it to appear. it was also brought to light that the “victims” had records of bullying but hyunjin didn’t. they had a verbal argument and hurtful words were exchanged. but hyunjin still sought them out and apologized to clear the air between them so they can move on and that shows maturity
@tiw5143 I understand he apologized, but in the end the it came out that it wasn't him just going around bullying people. From what I read, there was a mutual fight between a group of friends. So that is what i meant about it being false. But like you said, if he and his accusers have resolved things, then that should be the end of it.
What sucks about these accusations is that they can be brought with no proof, and people just run with it. Or they will show a screenshot of a part of a conversation with no context and say that's their proof.
Honestly, it's just out of hand, most of the time teenagers react to situations, they don't think & then respond, it doesn't excuse behavior but it's just a fact, during that time there are a lot of changes happening and it's a learning process. And as long as someone isn't intentionally seeking out others to verbally & physically abuse, then they need to stop screaming "bully." They should definitely leave Riize alone. They only debuted a few months ago don’t let their dreams fade away. Also Anton knows a lot of people like IU. I think there’s also an age aspect to it. Because people my age (upper 30s and 40s) aren’t quite as physical in our love of friends and family. Because of a lot of how we were raised. But half of K-pop idols hug, snuggle, and just very affectionate with each other. and that’s just the way things are. Two people can hold hands and it not mean anything.
