So.... what form did you fill out to register your "deadly" hands, Tim? I've searched high and low for the name of a form that registers "deadly hands".
I think that you miss my point here. There are any number of people walking around who have really killed people bare handed. Not from "combat sports" but good old fashioned fighting skills.
Killing someone bare handed, when one is sufficiently conditioned and knowledgeable, is not that hard.
The human body has many vulnerable places where a solid blow, or a good throw, can kill. That's really true when medical help is not at hand.
Where my BS detector goes off is this idea that you have to register yourself with the authorities. I have been in and out of martial arts for decades. I've met people who did hand to hand in war, and who killed people bare handed.
Not a single one of them registered their hands.
I don't do video games, Tim.

*Fun Fact:* The reason Wing Chung is called as it is, is because the developer of the martial art Ng Mui, (pronounced “nung mo-ye”) did not want it to fall into the wrong hands so she taught it to one young girl named “Yim Wing Chung”. The young girl who was taught Ng Mui’s newly formed martial art had the name Wing Chung and so the martial art was named in honor of her
*Additional Side Fun Fact:* After teaching Wing Chun, Ng Mui took on a member of her Shaolin monastery clan named Lee Pa Shan (pronounced “lee pa sung”) who betrayed the clan for 30 pieces of silver, leaving the monastery itself burned to the ground and many of not all of its members slaughtered by the invading Manchu soldiers. Ng Mui fought Lee Pa Shan in a traditional Chinese format which included standing on closely staggered 8’ high stakes, and surrounded by bamboo shafts dug into the ground and cut on an angle to make them act as spikes when fallen onto. It is believed she won and her opponent died due to being impaled Mortal Kombat style 🤔😳

This is because you didnt build them up gradually. You did severe and permanent damages to them, rather than micro-damages.
Since the damage was so severe, Im not certain its repairable, unless you get surgery. However.. you can try... using proper Iron Fist conditioning methods.
First, you need to start out simply, by doing barefist pushups.. in slow motion. At least 7 seconds down.. and 7 seconds up. Preferably, Wing Chun pushups.. where you place your vertical fist together, in the center of your chest. Always keep your elbows in.. so that they are rubbing against your ribcage, while you are doing them (elbow down position, rather than "chicken-wing-out").
Once you no longer are suffering great pains from your mere body mass weight on your knuckles.. you can start "Tapping".
Get a thick soft-cover paperbook novel, and start tapping your fists into it. Start out with mild speed and energy... and gradually increase your speed and impact power... over time and development. Each session should be at least 5 minutes to start... but to develop into combat level potentials.. you want to work up to 30 min, to one hour long sessions.
The Real Traditional Chinese training method, is to use a Canvas wall bag. Its a bag that is packed tightly with Coarse grain beach sand.. and hung on a solid wall / beam. When you strike it... the sand will conform to the shape of your knuckles... but right after that, will compress and become hard as a rock. Since the bag is no longer compressing... and the wall itself isnt moving... all of your impact forces will bounce right back into your own fist... and the forces will travel from fist to foot. It will strengthen and densify everything in your entire body.
We also use a special Iron Fist Lineament, called Dit Da Jow. It prevents any swelling to occur, and will eliminate any swelling in less than 5 min of application. You apply a few drops, massaging it into your fists, both before and after your training sessions. We train every other day, at minimal... often 15 to 30 minute sessions as the standard.. or one hour sessions, for the highest level practitioners. Also... the Jow may also help develop your bone and tissue density, at a MUCH faster pace... due to its special healing abilities. Make sure to get the home made / all natural Jows... rather than the Synthetic garbage. The synthetic stuff doesnt work at all.
Once you have no issues with hitting the book... and if you dont have access to a sandbag or Iron Fist bag... you can at minimal... start tapping mildly on solid surfaces, like a wooden table. You have to be much more careful when hitting a solid surface. If you push too fast and too hard... you are going to do more damages than developments. It doenst have to be about hitting as hard as possible. Its often just as effective, to hit at lower to medium levels... but with more repeated reps.
The process isnt going to be fast.. as your bones do not develop / change quickly. Probably at least 3 months of efforts, before you start to notice a change. Maybe a year, before you are anywhere near combat levels of conditioning.
Also, do not limit your training to singular sessions. You can condition almost anywhere, at any time. For example.. you can tap your fingers, or knuckles, on walls.. railings, desk tops, etc. Some artists actually carry around a small block of steel or marble... to do conditioning, all day long. Simply hold the block with one hand... and tap your fist into the block with the other hand. Also, you can open doors with your fists / knuckles.. rather than your palms.. for example.
The use of standard painkillers, can help to dull pressure and impact pains, when you are first starting out. Ingest a single dose, and maybe wait 30 minutes for them to effect your system, before training.
Make sure to drink plenty of milk, to get Calcium to heal and develop your bones. As well as eat healthy, to repair and densify the Tissues. That, and get plenty of deep sleep, so that body has time to do the repairs properly and fully. I personally recommend taking daily gummy multi-vitamins (they absorb better than pills).

      Most likely Sped up
Motion blur is too intense to be humanly possible, unless it’s bad camera quality, but the camera quality has to be REALLY bad
It’s hard to differ between bad camera quality or if it’s sped up, because due to the audio, it’s normally pitched even though sped up. Unless the man edited the audio to not pitch it when the audio is sped up, this can probably mean it’s real, but once again, the bangs are happening way too fast to be humanly possible.
Overall, with explanation and heavy analysis,
2+ points for it being fake, +3 if the audio was edited properly to lower the pitch of a sped up audio
-1 point if the audio wasn’t edited

@@trolliffy115 I can punch at a similar speed. It has to do with the Training differences, and the way they Wing Chun punch is performed.
WC operates under Relaxation... where as most other arts have a certain amount of Tension when they are striking. Having any tension at all... is like pressing your cars brakes a bit.. while also pressing the gas pedal down fully, at the same time.
Wing Chun only tenses at the exact moment of Solid Impact.. and only for a Fraction of a Second. Then you immediately relax again. This is why this art can perform such Rapidfire attacks (also found in their rapidfire chained kick combinations).
Developing higher levels of speed and acceleration, not only require a fully relaxed body... but also, many months of "Speed Drills", as well as "Endurance Drills".
Of course, I tend to chose to slow down my punches a Hair.. to connect more of my lower trunk body mass into them... giving them far more Impact power potentials. If you have reached Masterclass levels of Output power (as I have), you only really need to land One Punch.
There should never a need for more than two punches... unless you are of lower skill levels, that have not Mastered short range power.

The bone becomes stronger due to micro fractures created by striking hard objects. These micro fractures then heal with a much harder substance than bone. The constant breaking and healing of the bones in the hands and wrist make them incredibly dense and strong.
This also leads to the thickening of tendons and muscles.
