This was perfect, it worked for me. But one thing that was left out was if you have 2 windows with this problem, you have to reprogram it one window at a time

Had this problem after fitting new battery to 370z Roadster this morning. Rang my local Nissan dealer who outlined exactly the same procedure. Worked beautifully. ( I should've checked the forum FAQ first 😉 ) Kudos to the poster 👍

Wow thank you so much! I changed my battery yesterday and noticed immediately that the automatic setting was not working. The place that changed it had no idea what had happened and recommended to call Nissan I immediately said that’s not happening. I was initially trying to reset holding the button for 2-5 seconds only which was not working - Well this was driving me insane and thanks to UA-cam and of course you I can breathe again lol GRACIAS!!!
