根據全國精神健康協會 (National Alliance of Mental Health) 的數據，每年全美每5個人之中，就有一個人會受到精神疾病困擾。面對這麼嚴峻的社會問題，在阿拉米達縣Fremont市，有一班醫生和專業人士，合力推出了一個有別於傳統的社區義診活動。除了致力於幫助居民解決身體上的問題之餘，也希望在精神健康方面，真正幫大家做到『預防勝於治療』。這個名為『快樂養生』的活動，每個月逢第一和第三個星期一早上在Fremont市舉行。它的特別之處在於其主張中西醫合璧，再配合心理輔導，催眠，氣功，中醫, 針灸，指壓，健康講座等元素，創造出一個新的義診模式。

In response, a group of doctors and professionals in Fremont, Alameda County, launched a unique free clinic called "Acupuncture & Wellness Workshop." Held on the first and third Monday of each month, this initiative blends Eastern and Western medicine with mental health support. It incorporates acupuncture, guided visualization, qigong, and health seminars, offering a holistic approach to both physical and mental well-being.
