That line of dialogue has stuck since the very first time hearing it, Loooooong Ago.😁
Yeap
It really resonates with me
Same, it hits harder nowadays though
There is profound wisdom in movies once in a while.
Saaaame
This one scene , simply a masterpiece.
Tuco one of the greatest characters I’ve ever seen.

Ennio Morricone was a Genius. He’ll be missed
He died?! Why am I only now hearing about this?!
@@Husker_XIII He died just a few weeks ago.
RIP, Tuco bka the late great Eli Wallach . . . thanks for this sound piece of advice . . .
I haven't seen this movie since I was very young, now 2020, I'm watching it with my kids and this scene came on, and I'm like, "that's a nice saying."
Now I come and see that it's a famous line.
I ask myself that every day
I don't know why I like this movie so much it's the best movue ever great kings of hollywood actors and the best movie's music ever
Tuco was awesome, but in this scene Eli Wallach sounded more like a Wizard than a Mexican Bandit. He's one of the 2 best Non-Mexicans who ever played as a Mexican the other is Jack Black who is a literal legend of Millennial Mexican American kids like my son, his cousins and all their friends. The 3rd in my opinion was Burt Lancaster in "Valdez is Coming".
just telling someone the same thing! the whole scene when he's looking for his three friends saying " i know this guy...he's worth three thousand dollah's" he souded really off from the rest of the movie...kinda like a 90 yr old man lol
@@liljimmy9201 It was so off that it was so cool because he also sounded like a New Yorker. LOL
@@liljimmy9201 It was so cheezie that it was so epoch. LOL!
@Munna Mobile Thanks for that info. It's always nice to know how the sausage is made.
Glad to see some appreciation for Nacho Libre. Too many people see it as as stupid comedy film without even seeing it.
its off the wall this scene is but it should live on for ever and ever, just like the music
that's a fucking true
Hope you've bought a new TV antenna since this video was posted.
😂😂😂😂
I love this guy!
Great scene, thanks for uploading!
Words that are relevant today
This means that the thief his job is stelling goods of people without any work

This quote should be used by Bernie Sanders lol
Good start to a recording
haahhaaa I love this scene
Haja..how many times tho do I have to show up done that.
Tuco
Boss ov Bosses I look at it as a job you have to learn on the job
i really need the theme music name
WOW deblina amazing!
do you *
This place is very intriguing, does anybody knows where is located??
Somewhere around italy, not very specific lol
@@saijampana988 Oh wow, so it is in Italy, is an remarkable place ; thanks for the info Sai!
@TheLee nope the final scene was in Spain.
what kind of place is that? it looks so strange in a western
Happy 1st mayo😅
why does it sound different than Wallach
Same actor, 20 years on or more, his voice ... evolved.
+nc This was originally a deleted scene. When the special edition came out with this scene, they brought Eli Wallach in to reread the line, since there was no dialogue ever added to it
The51stAgent I think you're right but they got a different actor for van cleef after he died
Had to check this on youtube because my dvd version doesnt have this scene
Movie name?
The good the bad and the ugly
Chicken Killer 🤣🤣
What is the point of this scene?
+ValkiryeMax he's trying to convince henchman who are hiding to help him steal 200,000 dollars
hes basicly saying that once we get the 200,000 we wont have to work anymore
*$4,000
"Considering that it is $200,000 in gold"
~imdb
just to add for interest sake, if we assume the story of this film takes place around 1865 (end of the civil war) then the $200,000 in confederate gold would of be equivalent to $2,808,988 in USD currency today. Keeping this in mind makes the race/fights between the three men for the gold all the more epic. Blondie and Tuco got about 1 and a half million each.
reillyitsJJ Thats not the point of this scence, i this scence Tuco doesnt yet know about the 200,000 in gold.
