If you work for a living why kill yourself working

This is the scene from The Good, the Bad and the Ugly where Tuco (the ugly) call to his brothers by saying "If you work for a living, why kill yourself working?" I do not own anything.

Duckman once and future duck part1

episode 3x12 (12th of the 3rd season) of the Duckman animated series. The name of the episode is "The once and Future Duck". Duckman has to deal with a kind of space-time hole and copies of him from the future and all sorts of non-causal phenomena. Part3: br.ua-cam.com/video/gv0HVsN8gEc/v-deo.html Part2: br.ua-cam.com/video/yGBWTBrmaRA/v-deo.html Part1: br.ua-cam.com/video/IEoxR63ZC_o/v-deo.html
I know everyone's talking about what Duckman ends up saying to his wedding self, but I think the real crux of the episode (and what makes it so special) is his speech to the alternate Duckmen before destroying the toaster. Duckman trying his best to make the right choice and hoping it works out is all you can do as a human being. Reassuring his wedding self was just an example of that.
4:12 I’d say that’s all Duckman needed was just to talk to a version of himself that wanted him to speak out of a legitimate worry not out of wanting to have the best outcome for personal gain. Even if he knows what will happen, he just reassured himself that moment will have no regrets.

This video is almost 20 years old. Its old enough to get a license and drive
Man i loved this show
Came for context about beatrice and i thought for some reason that their marriage ended in divorce but found out that she actually passed away and now im sobbing

Words that are relevant today
prison duck man looks like senator armstrong
a perfect representation of overthinking and why its wrong.
3:27 What did he say?

For the people who just came for that one scene, 4:24
I swear, this was the saddest scene for me.
4:25 is the scene..
"I gotta go to that recital. What if that makes something terrible happen? Then again, if I don't go, that could make something terrible happen. It isn't fair. I have to decide between two equally frightening options. If I wanted to do that, I'd vote!" Brilliant.
I can’t believe that sad and deep quote came from an underrated adult cartoon about an episode of a duck man going through an existential crisis.
This has some of the best acting Jason has ever done.
what's with the audio here? 4:30
4:03
He should have said no lol
Can anyone tell me who is the flip is Beatrice, I’ve just learn of this show duck man and don’t know much but I haven’t seen Beatrice once, anyone can give me a short summary
Duckman’s wife. She died some time before the start of the show, so her “character” is usually treated with a level of heavy reverence that would be normal for a beloved family member.
Literally anyone who's read the writings of the founding Father knows the entire point of the second amendment was to give "Joe average" the right to own a gun. Google the Federalist papers
Joe average is pretty funny
If it means that thenaverage guy cant have a gun then why did they allow it so long? Really, thats just stupid logic. Why does the 2A even exist then? What does it mean to Bear Arms if it doesnt mean I get to own the most common weapons of my period? Who and What Right is being innumerated here is NOT the right of the average Citizen to own a gun? Also, why is Free Speech Absolute but the right to own a Weapon of Self Defense isnt? Whats the hierarchy here? These questions alone break this arguments back.

"You're gonna love her till the day you die." Silently weeping because you know damn well it can go on longer than that.
That sounds like the guy from blue blood
the james madison bit was in bad taste
I feel like it was just ignorance on the writer’s part. We might never know what the Founding Father’s opinions would be on firearm possession if they had the knowledge of modern industry and advancements in both firearm and military technology, but it was abundantly clear that they were strong proponents of a well-armed populace, with Thomas Jefferson even going as far as to write that “No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms” in the first draft of Virginia’s state constitution.
Nice, thoughtful reply. I'm shocked @@SpaceCase132
@@SpaceCase132 For some reason, I never saw this comment. I agree that it was most definitely ignorance. I believe that the Founding Father's views on the matter would be the same, at least for small-arms. Frontier raids made guns necessary for a good deal of the American populace. Criminals today have even easier access to firearms. Though, the question of bearing arms against the current surveillance state plus military industrial complex plus police state would be one I can't imagine their answer to.
i really need the theme music name
2:10 <--- Transgender Duckwoman? I dare say progressive?
but something something racially insensitive and also they treat it as a "bad outcome". I agree it's funny I'm just saying what people I dislike would say about it
@@DuskLegend huh ~ Well, whatever intention they had - I find it encouraging to see that they included it in the show. I'm old enough to remember that the 90s were very slowly opening up to the idea of queer people. I remember the Seinfeld episode where the running gag was "Not that there is anything wrong with that" and it was hilarious. Today it might be considered insensitive? I'm not culturally educated enough to judge the efforts of the animators. Since I have mostly positive images of queer and transgender people in my environment, I might be less vulnerable regarding jokes like these. I'm just happy to spot transgender duckwoman. It's a rare treat, haha :D
ANXIETY
Lol i lasted 40 seconds
Great taste
4:25 the part you came here for
Another, stupid, silly cartoon.................................
7:04 That led to a chain reaction of accidents.
0:22 - tale as old as time.
2:18
4:13- Best moment of this episode.
Tuco
4:26 "Your gonna love her in till the day you die" 😢
Jason Alexander says he'll never do the voice of Duckman again considering it did real damage to his voice, and by this scene alone, you can easily tell that reasoning holds up completely.
1:15 gold
Worst case scenario can be an enemy or an ally depending on your perspective. Don't believe me, go on a bear hunt. Also, handguns are better than AR-15s. Why you ask? Because handguns are better at concealing for self defense and AR-15s are impractical at protecting yourself in public than any AR-15, you can also allow the sale of non-lethal bullets to make sure they know that you aren't messing around, maybe have a mix between real and fake bullets in the chamber so that you can give a warning shot and say that the second one is real for intimidation even though you know it's another blank. Exactly why people in America legislate to make it legal everywhere is pretty unfounded. I mean it would make sense in the country where you have to protect yourself from a bear but not cities or small towns. Also, shotguns are a grey area. I believe they belong in country towns but you gotta be specific about the ammo type. Bird shot is great for shooting quail, Buck shot is great for dismembering a deer so that you can show your city friend what venison steaks taste like. A rifle might be good for hunting alligator. I mean, you guys be the judge.

Can someone explain why the future duck said “ maybe that’s all I need to know “ ( somethin lik this)
It was past duck
He just wanted reassurance. He didn't need to know any more, just to know that he wouldn't regret the choice of marrying Beatrice.
“you’re gonna love her until the day you die” seems like such a crushingly sad line. but he smiles when he says it. despite everything, it’s still the right decision. and that reassures his younger self: “maybe i don’t need to know any more than that”
Sorry. That wasn’t Madison. No American would deny the average man the right to defend themselves against intruders and politicians.
