However in contrary, retroactive seems bad since the newly learned skill would interfere with the retrieval of your previous.
It's helpful to understand the risks of each so you can compensate for them, for example, by periodically reviewing old learning so that retroactive interference is minimized.
The Mandela effect is all over UA-cam today and people have a lot of theories. However I have heard nothing about Retroactive Interference witch is what they are experiencing. Please make a video proving this... please!
