  • Hey folks we are cooking up beef ribs on the outdoor grill and cooking these up using indirect heat meaning no heat directly underneath your ribs. This is a set and forget cook where you cook these at 225 degrees for about 3 hours - low and slow.
You can apply your preferred barbecue sauce at the 3 hour mark or enjoy them sauce-free at that point. Cook for another 20 minutes after saucing. This is the perfect meal for Summer cookouts.

Hammerhead, I don't have a nice Weber gas grill, just an old, beat up model. Could I cook these in the oven for 3 hours at 225 degrees, and then sauce them on the grill outside?

Hey Joe - yes, I do have another video for slow cooking beef ribs in the oven too. That's how we do it most of the time in our house.
