Narrow toe shoes definitely effect your blood pressure because I have faced ... during my medical checkup for Navy ,wearing fromal shoes I chose to wear narrow shoes .....it effect my blood pressure during examination Doctor asked me do you have BP problem I replied no....so he suggest remove your shoes and relax and again come back after 15 minutes for BP check then I realized how much shoes will effect your health because these are small things and we have habbits to ignore them......but they effect a lot on our body..,

To mujhe bataye की if mai unistar ka size 7 use karta hu to puma का कितना size use करना होगा
Liberty और sega का to size 6 use karta hoon
