    He has talked about his struggles with body image, right down to having disordered eating. It's very sad that you can see it in his face that he's still struggling badly. One of the best looking men out there thinks his face is wrong and doctors will "help" him get botched as long as he has money. I hope he gets good therapy and gets all implants and filler removed.

      @@mrock828 I actually wonder if all the admiration is what made him so selfconcious about his face in the first place.
      I remember seeing a tv movie in which he played a mentally disabled teenage runner and he was praised for his acting and his 6 pack. You can only imagine what hollywood was doing to him at the time.
      His plastic surgery seems to be aimed at making him look more masculine instead of better. Maybe he blames him not getting certain roles on looking too boyish. When he should have made the best of it while he was young.
      I don't think he sees himself clearly no matter the praise. He should instead have stopped acting, get some hands on job and reconnect with his body, he's not broke he can do what he likes.

    I'd be the last person in the world to shame someone for having plastic surgery, but I do think there's a lesson to be learned from his plastic surgery journey that, if something ain't broke, don't fix it. Before surgery, he already had a strong chin, a relatively well-defined jawline, and fairly prominent cheekbones. When he augmented features that were already becoming on him, what he got were features that were exaggeratedly masculinized. I don't think he looks bad now, but I do prefer his pre-surgery look. I've seen similar things happen to people in real life, like a guy I know who already had strong, angular features but got buccal fat removal and, unfortunately, his result does look a bit strange. If Zac truly likes his results, then that's great and what matters the most for his purposes. Personally, I think there's a useful warning here not to mess with things that already look good.

    • @wiktoriajedrzejewska7287
      @wiktoriajedrzejewska7287 5 місяців тому

      He had a slightly rounder face (not fat just not so defined which is great, makes you look younger for a longer period of time, since you lose baby fat with age). Yet, right now we have a messed up trend of having ''sculptured'' features and people get buccal fat removal, making themselves look older. I was told to get one too. Zac never needed any plastic surgery, i think that he just wanted to look more like a ''stereotype sigma'', many pricks mocked him for his role as Troy and for his baby face. As he got older he probably started to hate it, so he got those surgeries.

He 100% had a custom chin/jaw implant and the surgeon over did it. Don't fall foe that shit. I've seen so many people literally argue his broken jaw shit as if they know when they've never even seen a broken jaw. He healed fine from the jaw he literally is on film years after that happening with no changes.

Add that and the years of him being on then off with different diets being good to crap along with him possibly trying to fix the side effects happening with some sort of plastic surgery or facial correction and u have what u see now for sure

      Nah he didn't admit to steroids as far as I know. I do personally believe he's used them even tho I don't think he would ever admit it. Surprisingly He did say he used diuretics to look really lean for Baywatch. Roids or hgh can alter your face somewhat but not in such a sudden and dramatic way as seen in Zach's jaw

      @@chioorochi A corticosteroid I assume like prednisone is what you were prescribed. They're used to decrease inflamation, irritation or allergic reactions.. A common side effect is water retention (face often shows it). Anabolic steroids are a totally different type of steroid and are not as commonly prescribed. When they legitimately are prescribed, it's typically due to hormonal issues like delayed puberty in males or loss of muscle mass.

    I had a similar gap between my front teeth; it disappeared when my wisdom teeth came in. When I was 65, I had one of my wisdom teeth pulled. The gap returned.
