If you want to know what it's like to live in Phoenix, AZ you are in the right place and the only place to learn the Truth. Everything you need and want to know about Phoenix Arizona and surrounding if you are visiting, living in or moving to Arizona or considering living in Arizona.
I've been living in Arizona since 1999. I've lived in Scottsdale, AZ. I've lived in Phoenix, AZ. I've lived in Avondale, AZ. I've live in Goodyear, AZ. I've also worked in the entire valley. I know the entire Maricopa County very well.
Traffic on the 10 is going to be bananas. Bringing L.A. prices and traffic to the desert.
I agree. Pretty soon, those that migrate from Ca will no longer be able to afford it. Maybe that's a good thing?
@@patriciacox8597 We bought a new build and moved in this past summer. 24 homes on our block and only 2 were from CA. One from Texas, one from Alabama and one from New Jersey. The rest (19 homes) are people actually from AZ. My point, it’s not CA people buying everything. Prices are rising EVERYWHERE.
@@DebiDan Yeah, you're right. 🙂
I'm all about the one story too
Crazy! I don’t see how this house is worth over 450k maybe 300k max is what it should be. Inflations a B****! Jobs ain’t even paying what they should out here and that’s coming from someone that does HVAC in the valley.
For the life of me I don’t understand how the working man can afford these prices. And the commute with gas prices they are. 😱
That is real estate in the top populated cities. It's cheaper in non desirable areas...you are spot on with job wages though
@@michaeltorrey3603 They can't...basically priced out in popular metro areas across the country
They keep building houses and bringing more people here we're gonna run out of water. Thanks for the video, Mr Super.
Someone has lost their mind, the price for that home is ridiculous
Only California people can buy....
Thank you for your continued uploads....I was extended a job offer in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area and am ready to make the leap. Aiming for a move after the first of the year.
I could compare prices to various other areas but it's moot when one is beyond ready to leave California and has a job offer in AZ. Losing two homes to wildfire in less than a year with property taxes tripled....no need to compare....!
Practically anywhere else will be an improvement for this chick. ;)
Thanks again Big Sup!
Welcome to Arizona! All the best with your new job & with your move!
please leave your liberal california ideas in california and don't california my great state of arizona
@@thorax4u ....lmao.....please don't assume every single human who resided in the state carries the exact same mentality.....sweeping generalizations doesn't look or sound good on anyone. Native midwesterner who has lived in Napa Valley for a decade....the "liberalism" didn't "rub off" on me.
@@dhowto3005 Thank you!
@@daniellecolbeck1983 You should visit Fountain Hills when you're settled. I call it the West's most Midwestern town. Mostly older people and a lot of snowbirds, but great hiking, biking, golfing, and art festivals. 3 years ago we even had snowboarding 🤣
In O.C, California where I moved here from, I am estimating about 1.5 million for a comparable new build. The lot would be smaller though.
Same here in South Central Pennsylvania except the lawn would actually be green, lots of flower fauna, and considerably a lot more acreage.
Our house is bigger than that and was about $200K less… We did get it about 2 years ago though
That’s a pretty house with a nice floor plan. The prices have been unbelievable the last year.
Color on cabinets looked greidge, grey and beige ❤
This one is beautiful! Love the kitchen. Those countertops are to die for! The only negative for me is no privacy fence. Nice area. Litchfield Park is no longer a small community. The desert is growing by leaps and bounds. Another very informative video Super. Thanks for sharing👍
@@DoctorSmartyPants Oh, ok. I was thinking that would be a big expense. Thanks for the info 👍
Awesome video
Thanks for the visit
Good morning Beautiful layout
McDowell east apartments ( Phoenix) Roosevelt east apartments ( Phoenix) and alma park apartments (Mesa) are all low income apartments and the waitlist is from 6months-3years. You can google for more information.
3 years = move on to something else
I admit it's definitely beautiful.
I favor the west valley. I’ve lived in paradise valley, Chandler, Buckeye and Litchfield areas, (Verrado is my favorite area.). For our family living in the west valley, we found it convenient to get to the cardinals stadium …
Mr. Big Super Living in Arizona, excellent home tour!!!!
I really like looking at model homes. A few years back I used to get home decor ideas from model homes.
Price is reasonable for what could be four bedrooms. Not sure if that's a standard size lot or premium lot, but that back yard was pretty big!!!
Thanks for all you do to give us excellent information!
BIG SUP. WHAT'S GOOD.
460k starting, when u get the upgraded materials and yard package it will probably be closer to 500k for that house, still beautiful either way. Actually my wife and I are buying a new build in maricopa very similar but the starting price is $362k, and with the material upgrades (quartz counter tops, upgraded tile floors, nicer bathrooms, backyard package) it came out to 389k. It adds up quick, but they show all their models with the upgraded packages to sell people on those.
@big super living arizona That two story house at 12 seconds behind playground is my house bought it for $387,000 back in Oct 2020.
This ones nice too. I’d like the backyard fenced in tho
Nice. Litchfield on the come up.
Those kitchen cabinets look like "antique white" to me.
Yep I live in Litchfield Park if you walk 2 blocks up to the fry’s you are in Buckeye if you walk 2 blocks west you are in the Verrado Community! I love living in the area though!
Same! We are in Verrado and our address is Litchfield Park. Love the area. Actually Fry’s is technically in Litchfield Park.
Where I’m from, South Central Pennsylvania, a half million would get you something very much similar in size and luxury.
We got that model in that community for $307 back in October 2020, moved in July 2021.
That is A LOT of equity for 1 year!
Loving this video but like many has said moving to AZ before you find a job you need somewhere to stay...can you do a video on weekly rentals and or air bnb units PLEASE
If you do not have a job you should not be moving anywhere. You are putting the cart before the horse
@@lemongrass3945 upon moving to AK after 4days I was employed and still with this company 5 yrs. I'm pretty certain I can find good employment if I moved I definitely research things before just up and moving.
I’m from Michigan. You could get this for 200,000-350,000. One great thing about Michigan you get an amazing amount of square footage for a pretty fair price.
That model looks similar to my new house & gave me an idea to upgrade my kitchen/great room area, so thank you!
Bruh I was just about to ask about Litchfeild Park. It’s definitely changed and grew in that area. Closer to the base. Fire video.
Love your videos. Keep up the fantastic work!
What up Big Super! 👊 Good Morning☕
Morning!
@@OfficialBigSuper yoooo. My man. How was that seasoning?
That model you toured was at least $100k over the base price with all those upgrades and the finished back yard. You should come out to Queen Creek some time. The building out here is insane but at least we're finally getting a Costco. :) Thanks for the video!
Where’s the Costco going to be out here??…
@@weejay619 E Queen Creek road and Ellsworth just north of the QC Marketplace.
Nice!! Wow👌 Great family home.
Beautiful. I really like this property.
I hate those small walls.. there's like no privacy at all. Especially like you said you gotta maintain and landscape that when it's in everyone's face, needless expenses
It's very important to know the city because that comes with the zip code and prices of homes can change pretty substantially in different zip codes.
Blessings Big Sup keep doing your thing My Brother.
That's not the Litchfield Park we used to live in a few years ago. That is more of a Verrado suburb lol. Spacious and well appointed home and I would be very curious how much the upgrades added to the tab total.
Once again a fantastic viewpoint expressedto your audience, love your personal insights and opinions. Keep up the Good Work.Big Super, your views need to be shared and enjoyed.
Thank you cool place they are building a ton of homes out by us as well what was the square feet it looked bigger the new homes out here have no landscaping that is a beautiful home
Thumbs up on the home & video.😀
Wherever you are...it's beautiful ❤️ I love areas where it's still undeveloped *Law of Attraction* 😌🙏🏾
What happen to blossom. That story she told it really touched my soul.
So GLAMOROUS!
Real deal
Nice. Well there’s a saying, ‘you get what you pay for’. It well worth a half million. That’s what you looking at which taxes, closing, so on and so forth. I like it. It’s just sad a half million won’t get you this anywhere though. Smh.
Big super ..are you avoiding the crazy homeless situation in downtown Phoenix..looks like Los Angeles
I can see why many Californians are moving to Arizona. House is beautiful. You couldn’t get a 2 bedroom condo for that price in LA lol!
I'm in buckeye and it's a really good city but small tho
Thank you for showing me Arizona i see a lot of building out there that house was nice and a nice yard so what is the cheapest base price houses in Az right now with a nice yard to put a pool in and still have a litte room May God bless you and keep you safe
Could you mention the property taxes and HOA prices. 400k will get you 5k in property taxes in Massachusetts.
Think those cabinets were "Off white" 👍
For 30 years I strongly believe that is should be a law that next to the price of the house must be listed property tax and HOA fee if when applicable.
In the California San Gabriel Valley this house would cost between 2 - 2.3 million dollars.
You would have to invest 100k more to make it look premium like in this model
Thank you for providing more excellent info videos. I live in West Jordan, UT. Approximate value in our area for this house..$300k +. My only con is the backyard. I need privacy would prefer entire with high fence and no grass.
The side yard fences are only low on the model homes so that you can see the other model home back yards when you're touring them. Once the development is sold out and they no longer need the "model" homes, the developer will raise the height of the side walls prior to selling them.
Lovely home.
I love the love the house 🏡
700k in Vancouver WA!
Big Sup!
The home is nice.
Landsea @ Sunset Farms (107th & Broadway) is having its Grand Opening on 12/4/21 from 11am - 2pm. The community is at the end of Tolleson and Avondale near Alamar. A lot of communities are building up in the area. I would love to know your thoughts of the upcoming area.
According to the builder, Pulte, Meritage, Centax, and other builders are developing..
Dat house in Los Angeles or New York, both my home cities until moving to Estrella, would cost $1.7-2M (not necessarily NEW)!!!
I love the Verrado, Litchfield & Old Litchfield areas, but I’m settled into the still developing Estrella community in Goodyear for the past 7 years & couldn’t afford to sell for buying better now. The market is made for wealthy flippers/investors while many people are in dire need for a home for themselves & their families. 😫
#HugLife 🤗
Big Super - Didn't know you were so against 2-story homes. Energy bills are certainly less.
We actually looked at a 2-story home in Litchfield Park before settling for a home in Surprise (more bang for the buck up here).
Jason, more home (and lot size) in Surprise? We will be moving to the West Valley, and Surprise is in the top 3!
I love your videos Big Sup. That size home would cost $185K in Missouri.
Wow! That is Cheap!
@@OfficialBigSuper
I know right.
What are property taxes like? Could very well find yourself paying the same amount a month in the long run anyway
Who is the builder? It looks very similar to my new house in the East Valley.
Almost East LA? 😉
Probably $250k here in Costa Rica
So... Half the cost! Wow that is very impressive!
$460100 will be $510000 with all that upgrade. .. too much.. my house is much nicer and less than that.. keep doing what you are doing Big Super!
Yes it's worth every bit of a half a million if you're willing to commute I love it love it love it
No it isn't at all. There is bigger and better elsewhere, greener grass too for less.
Hey Big Super....... we get that you are not into 2-story homes but can we see some anyway?
I'll make sure to show them also
I think this would probably hit around mid 300k just about anywhere here in Nebraska .
In Oxnard California this house could easily go for $7,000,000-$8,000,00
Hey, we just moved from Oxnard beach area!! Haha
Yo that’s well enough space for weird energy, spirits, and entities to build up and roam. At least that’s how I see it.
Name of the community
Just not worth it. If they raise interest rates it will be impossible to afford.
Seattle WA 1.5 million EASY
The counters were ugmo...but the rest was great
I’m bred born and raised in Arizona and I say hell no!!!! Almost a half million dollars!!!!!!! After the market corrects here in the state the people will be upside down with their mortgages I guarantee you. Arizona it’s not the type of state where the median home cost is close to a half $1 million😂🤣😂🤣there’s no way this is sustainable.💯👎🏻👎🏻
It’s not just houses though, we’re in an everything bubble. Stocks, crypto, commodities, consumer goods, food, everything is way up because of inflation. With everything intertwined now, it’s not likely to see only real estate crash. When a crash happens, everything will come down, not just real estate.
Look up king county Washington state home prices
You have no idea what you are talking about this is the new market. It will not be upside down. Everyone who says market crash just like 2008 has no idea. Banks are not giving out loans like candy anymore to anyone with a pulse. Also when the market started to go south in 2008 there weer many of the homes that were 2nd or 3rd homes. This is not the case anymore. Arizona has changed we will be seeing higher and higher prices.
He will make up for it.. through the Electric company in the Summer time.. 120 degree Heat everyday… but he will say this house is always nice & Cool in the Summer… dont Use AC…..😆😆😆..that much…
Wish I were surprised... but not. Anyone foolish enough to buy in this market will be upside down in 1-2 years. LGB.
LOL no privacy in your backyard?????
I had to move in with my folks back in 2020 because my landlord was raising my rent 300 a month. Wages are just not keeping up with these housing prices. I'm trapped at my folks for the rest of my life. I want to die/
We're lighting up the comments but you don't respond to your subscribers SMH
That "Hug Life" sign would be perfect for the paneled wall in my trailer. I would just need to put a "T" in front of "hug."
Lol

Good Morning Notification Gang!!! Thanks for stopping by!
