Being able to pre overheat whilst under cloak was the biggest standout to me also. Never made sense to me why this wasn’t possible and it will make a big impact to survivability of gatecamps

Ships get balanced that’s just how it is. The drake used to have an extra launcher and energy neuts used to not cost capacitor, nobody got refunds for skills invested into those things
You can use skill extractors to take out the triglavian skills and sell them on the market. As a bonus, you can then use the isk you made from selling your trig skills to buy skill injectors and train into new areas of the game. Good luck and fly safe
I did cover it. It will loose a little bit of damage but mostly just shift more of the damage under the Kinetic lock. I don't think it should make using a Nighthawk bad by any stretch personally but we will see.
I mean its not like people necessarily want to use rapid light missiles, they use them because unlike medium turrets, medium missiles arent really a threat to small targets. Like an Medium Turret Omen can snipe a Frigate from 60km with ease without travel time of the projectile while medium missiles are no threat to them if they can even reach it. Rapid Lights were kind of the balancing factor for that so i dont quite get the idea behind the range nerf. Like missiles are supposed to be the creme de la creme in long range combat yet they suck the most in PvP not only because of travel time but also because you have to be ontop of your enemy anyway to scramble them. And also you need SOO much support for medium missiles to apply full damage, from signature rigs, to crash boosters, target painters and webs its ridiculous you have so little space to fit things that havent gotten anything to do with application using up all your defensive slots while turret ships are loaded with tank modules and apply fine.
as someone who does missiles a lot i wish they just nerfed rapids , like they are so popular you want to put them on ships like the caracal and it sucks if they have these bonus's that exclude that weapon system
I don't know why you expected more out of Vanguard at this point. It's right where it needs to be, imo. Maybe you just aren't cut out for alpha testing a game that you aren't really into to begin with. Wait until its in some kind of production state before you start pissing and moaning about it, please.
Nah I am fine with it's pace of development. My point was more about how our timelines needed adjusted. When Vanguard was first announced as part of Havoc it was not quite clear how far along it was and the longer it takes to develop the game the slower paced the plot that leads up to it will go.

What if the active rep bonusses also applied to remote reps received? Seems like that would open up some more potential options to use those ships.
I do like the idea of the 'tank' ship. EVE Echoes has a ship with a shield that takes damage for people under it.

I strongly disagree they are useless. Within a 10 or so cycles (or 1/3 of the ramp) your actually doing more damage than before.

I'm okay with the changes all but the rapid changes pretty much leaves Caldari lacking a useful cruiser.
