Why are we forced by the civil servants of Alister Union Jack to accept ferries which are too big and not suitable for the routes???? An Australian /Scottish shipbuilder who comes to Scotland every year, has offered to build us ferries at a lower price but uk government are in charge of the orders so we get a product that will fail and it is blamed on Scottish government
Perhaps the SNP should order the ferries now that will eventually replace the ones we're still waiting for. With a 30 year lead in time they might have a chance of arriving on time.
