- Falcon 9 flight 20, ORBCOMM2, made in to a Intersrellar inspired cinematic short!
Fact correction: Take off was on july 16th not 20th, it landed the 20th of july though. First ever manned lunar landing was 1969. I know The Luna 2 mission was the first lunar landing. But for me that wasn't as powerfull to use in the video!
This is fucking beautiful. It touched my heart as a human. This kind of situation is really what unite the world. With everyone gathering together, or watching with families at their homes, kids, adults, elders, they'll all be praying, and hoping, for the whole humanity. For that intense brief moments, we forget our difference, and became united.
Great editing. Thanks OP.
All you said, word by word i feel and agree totally. Even from watching here, i cried with them.
How stupid do you have to be to believe in this shit?
Dezy XI how stupid do you have to be to not?
_"This is_ *f[][]king* _beautiful... With everyone gathering together, or watching with families at their homes,_ *kids,* _adults, elders, they'll all be praying, and hoping, for the whole humanity."_
Umm... *+yureikun,* even though I'm not a Vulcan, I'd still find it illogical for a commenter to put one swear word in a comment meant to be acceptable for reading by all ages though.
@@Dezy623 people like you are the people dragging humanity down. We could advance technologically SO MUCH but people like you who are ignorant refuse to believe in something that is actually indeed very real. Religion just limits your brain from thinking outside the box. If there was no God to blame everything on, people would be a lot more open minded, intelligent and logical.
Nasa: Elon what are you doing?
Musk: Landing a Stage 1 orbital Booster Rocket...
Nasa: Elon, it's Not possible..
Musk: No... It's Necessary...
woah
Original scene from Interstellar:
Brand: “Cooper, what are you doing?”
Cooper: “Docking.”
...
TARS: “Its not possible”
Cooper: “It’s necessary”
I see what u did there
Ive seen interstellar i know this reference
I just made 1k likes on ur comment. Ur welcome😅❤
Land on Mars? It's not possible!
Musk - No, it's necessary.
Come on MARS
OMG HAHAHAHA
LMAOPictures yeah necessary for mankind to evolve beyond earth, to the solar system, the Galaxy, and finally the universe.
Me: What are you doing
Musk: landing
MAAAAAARS
The picture of Musk looking at the sky, at the rocket....man, it was like some kind of movie, true visionary.
Exactly. Only witnessing a moment like this via Video but still really happening is amazing. Elon deserves this so much you can see him almost look into the sky like a little boy finally seeing his dream become real, and he does the things he does not only for himself.
The best part is - ITS ELON MUSK, NOT SOME RANDOM GUY. THE ELON MUSK
exactly!!
Back then when I didn't know who Elon was, I actually thought it was a movie
That's a kid who went all the way to make his day dreams true.
Everytime i lost hope in humanity, i watch this video. That's why i'm watching this for the 500th time
why would you ever lose hope for humanity. humanity has only been getting better and better.
@@guguigugu that aged like milk lol
What made you lose hope for 500th time😅
@@r7rahuls Now thats a good question!
its my first loosing hope in humanity is real i experience it.
And it is when we gaze together upon the stars, that we truly unite, as one race, the human race.
Best comment I've read.

What a beautiful quote.

"D O C K I N G"
Easy. Eaaasy.
"Annnnd lockes we are locked"
"Engaugeing retro thursters"
Music almost completely drowns out the dialogue.
It's perfect.
Just like Insterstellar :)
Thank you!
Tenet flashbacks
Im not crying you're crying.
No, Im not crying. Its just..... Its just.....
😭😭😭😭
Oh sh*t m8 h0w'd ya know?
Until now i m crying...
Why am I crying??
Haha sorry man! Hope you enjoyed it!
And it may be because Zimmer and Musk combined is just too good.
Yup here too...dammit
same here.its the power of zimmer
because the power of human achievement makes us feel good. knowing that every human being is on a mission to make the lives of our great future selfs better. your children will learn of this in school. and ask.... where you there when they landed for the first time? because by then. space will become a huge part of our granchildrens lives. annd yeah... zimmer is fucking amazballs
When his first fleet of Starships start their journey to Mars, this Man better get a Noble Peace Prize.
Im glad this showed up in my recommend
Steven Orosz Me too! :p
I'm glad as well, and I've subbed.... you deserve more subs...
And now the same thing whit Falcon Heavy,Come on! Mankind has hope in you Space x.
NightSoldier 81 a few hours left
Atiyab Zafar Space x did it!
SpaceX will rule the world soon
NightSoldier 81 don't forget the BFR.
@@Charles-7 I’d say it’s going pretty well.
People who were part of this project deserve massive respect, fame, money every single thing on this planet.
"It's kind of amazing that this window of opportunity's opened... for life to go beyond Earth. We just don't know how long that window's going to be open"
Man I'm crying for about 30min. I would like to work with something that people have that level of dedication. Fantastic editing, and the people of Spacex have shown that the impossible is necessary. Totally speechless ...
Adriano Fontao Alvarez Wow, Thanks!
Dezy XI We got an edgy badass over here, would you like a medal for not crying while this person did?
Do you feel proud?
I seriously found it hard to hold in the tears my god, what a huge inspiration!! The most important Human being on Earth.
This is us. This is Mankind!

It's amazing seeing everyone in the lobby so hyped up. It just sums up how hard everybody worked on the project. They must have poured their hearts and souls into it.

"we must confront the reality of Interstellar travel"....Michael Caine. Absolutely amazing
I was born too late for the landing on the moon, but with this man and his company, i have hope for mankind to achieve the next big step.
What a time to be alive :')
you should do an updated version of this with falcon heavy would be goddamn awesome
Nabil Iman I second this idea
Me too
Look up "no time for caution falcon heavy" there's a few on YT
I don't think I've ever seen a more epic video! (Except for the Falcon Heavy launch perhaps)
Hans Zimmer + SpaceX = PURE GOLD^2
William Lannhard Appreciate it!
Outstanding, everything gets better with ''No time for Caution'', thanks alot for editing this together!
I dunno man Glad you enjoyed it!
I dunno man when it comes space, it will go with it
Charles 7 parking videos with No time for Caution are quite good aswell, look it up my dude
I dunno man I'm aware of them and already they're not as cool as the space ones
Well I cried
Hundreds of years from now people will look back on videos like these and marvel at those small steps taken toward the future.
Still gives me goosebumps
We could achieve so much. If we put our differences aside.
nicely edited, Interstellar has changed and influenced me in ways I never thought a movie could..this video was quite an emotional piece
What an Absolute Legend! He´s going to go down in History of the few who really did make an impact!
Today is Febuary 18th, I watched Perserverance land on the surface of another planet live. Very emotional, I watched it with my dad, and called my grandfather, and both had seen the Apollo 11 moon landing live.
So beautiful. This reminded me of why I love space so much. Everyone coming together to achieve glorious victories, and achieve awe inspiring feats that benefit and push forward mankind.
Truly moving to the point of tears, we put a rover that might find evidence of past life on Mars, and will perform experiments vital to colonizing Mars in the future.
Why is nobody here talking about how great this music really is
Hats off to the greatest composer, Hans Zimmer!
Thanks to Hans Zimmer for the masterpiece!
Hans off
That sound of engine relit, absoluty incredible
The excitement on the crews and Elon’s face warmed my heart to the melting point, and the interstellar music makes it 10 times better! Nice edit dude.
Everytime I watch it I wanted to hear cooper at the landing saying "shut main engine"
This is truly great, here we see the advancement of our species.
I have watch so many docking scene montage recently.
This one is probably one of the best so far. Should definetly get much more attention
Kyle Of Klanach Thank you!
Gives me chills to see the public's reaction to the launch, it's amazing to see the surge in interest in recent years of space exploration
This feels like a scene out of a scifi movie.... What a time to be alive!
My eyes are tearing up, this is the most beautiful video I have ever seen.
Farie Indriawan I’m glad you liked it!
Great video. How lucky are we...that in our lifetimes, out of all the lifetimes that have come and go on this Earth, we will get to see our species reach another planet for the very first time. What a time to be alive...go SpaceX!
Jesus Christ I almost got up and cheered while watching
2,5k views for this awesome video.
you get a kitten falling in a box of shoes and get 20million views.
we are doomed as a race.
oh shut up nerd
Antonio Henrique Padua Mankind was born in earth, it was never meant to die here.
kungmat you shut up you dumb ignorant fool
The pinnacle of human achievement that comment was, lol
Let thanos snap his fingers
The fact that he has doubt, and looks at everyone like “this is bad” goes to show hes just like everyone else, taking a shot in the dark.
This is where determination through tons of failure can take you
@4:06 you know it’s a big deal when your supply chain analyst is wiping tears and praying.
Perfect video to lift your spirits up.
Why the fuck did this make me start to cry
It is so good looking back in time and see all the progress we've made
ITS ALL REQUIRE THE HOPE OF OF ONE PERSON TO TAKE THAT HOPE IN REALITY TO MILLION PEOPLE.
This video gave me chills.
Remember when rescored fan videos were of movie scenes? Welcome to the future kiddos.
*NO, IT'S NECESSARY*
This is really heartwarming and emotional
this made me cry so bad , omg i'm so glad i get to live to witness what they will do next
Initiate the spin...
Great fan of SpaceX and their interplanetary ambitions - colonizing Mars will be a monumental achievement... but it's an exponentially more daunting task to engage in interstellar travel.
I remember that when I saw the first landing I was cheering, watching it live and fucking cried when it landed. This made me do so again.
That moment when u realize the interstellar docking scene, tho more thrilling, was after all a CGI. This docking is by far the most complex docking/landing ever!!!
Huge respect for Elon Musk. The Man of the Century..
"No, its necessary." (Cries) 😢😢😢😢😂😂😂
this was really well put together, good job!
This is breathtaking. Why this has less than 100k views is beyond me. Good work fella.
John Ny Oh wow, a million thanks to you good sir!
and now we have Starship which just landed successfully last week.
We are witnessing major moments in human history.
It's moments like this, the beginning of the reusable liquid fueled rocket era that will inspire future generations to keep looking up to the stars, keep adventuring further into the Galaxy, and advancing humans to where we've never been before.
“And man takes a giant leap ones more”
Absolutely fantastic.
Thank you!
I don't cry. Ever. I'm usually completely under emotional control.
I cry everytime I watch this.
Here I go again. This is amazing.
Imagine someone hearing Armstrong's "giant leap for mankind" words right before slipping into a 52-year coma and awakening to find that NASA is having difficulties returning to the moon.
Everything is three times more exciting with this music as background
Humans landing a piloted craft from the controls is definitely more risky, but there's room for improvisation.. when using formulas and algorithms for navigating, you can only cross your fingers and hope all was programmed correctly.. incredible feats and incredible geniuses crunching numbers at SpaceX..
congratulations on the outstanding video and perfect editing. this will be on the youtube recommended soon.
Thank you! We’ll see I guess! 😅
This. This is why I love youtube. Video liked, added to favorites and tweeted to Sir Musk and SpaceX. I hope they'll watch this masterpiece. Thank you !
Arnaud Muller WOW! Thank you!!
It's sad how there are some people who think it's all faked :\
Epicnerd73 I agree!
Fishing With Tyler I don't know any conspiracy theorist who has made any progress towards human advancement or done anything worth noting so most conspiracy theorists are idiots. All you lot seem to do is talk about absolute rubbish, paranoid that everyone successful is a "global elite" working for the government to hide the "truth" from us (even though what you call the truth is something you made up which is completely illogical). Lol like really?? If you were intelligent you would have provided hard evidence for your stupid claims, which has not happened. Have you not considered that people like Elon and the engineers that work for him just want an exciting future?
Epicnerd73 watch those videos. I had a good, long laugh.
Hans Zimmer = Musical Genius. Elon Musk = Tony Stark
Living on Mars? It's not possible!
No, it's necessary.
when over population around 2050 will hapen then it will be necessary
EnRionPC yeah let's just wait for the problem instead of doing something about it before hand... seems logical.
best comment ever
I'm holding back tears
Muhammad Abid shut yo sensitive ass up
Muhammad Abid nvm i just cried
Now the Falcon Heavy! Next the Falcon Heavy/9 Block 5's, and then the BFR!!!!!!!
"Mankind was born on Earth. It was never meant to die here."
That’s a good one.
Realizing that this is not a Movie is fucking mindblowing
The liftoff and landing gave me the chills.
what a masterpieces you combine, bro, thank you :.3
one piece of music adds so much...power to a real life event. My question is.... what about this one song is SO powerful, SO moving that it touches so many of us as it does? Whatever the reason, I'm glad we have it.
When Nolan first approached Hans Zimmer for the score of Interstellar, he did not tell him that it was a film about space exploration. He told him to write a page of music that would encapsulate the feelings a father would have for his son- In other words something deeply and profoundly human. The music instruments reflect that fact, and the organ quite literally represents life in its simplest form, with the movement of air underlying the cadence of "No time for caution". I am also grateful to have seen the movie and heard this music.
Zimmer is god of music.
This video is epic in every scale!
janukzz Thank you!
Believe me
This music was really playing at spacex headquarters
This Video always gets me choked up well done on the video it really gets me excited for the future now that the Falcon Heavy has gone up are you going to do another video?? It makes me cry every time!!
KURUZU Gaming&Reactions I thought about it! But I think it would just be the same thing again and not as cool.
Okay well, I think you may be right about that well I hope this means you will do one for the BFR when it takes off...
It's truly marvelous ( and beautifuly edited too :) )
such events diserve more attention than olymphics or other worthless sport events...
Martin The Olympics are a symbol of human competition without the need for warfare or conquering. A unitification for humanity with healthy competition. It also tests the the full capabilites of what the natural human body can achieve. Please don't scoff at the incredible achievements of athleticism. I mean, how boring would the world be if we were all mathematicians, engineers and scientists.
Robert Moore Very true, I disagree completely with OP, but let's be honest: the Olympics are becoming worthless these days. Half their sports are elitist European ones.
Robert Moore so does space exploration... Geez
Rohan Potdar I can dig that observation, I agree
Martin but I'm not the one complaining that space exploration is worthless or useless am I...geez
Nasa: It's impossible to have make self landing rockets
Elon: Hold my beer
I want to be the part of his company
It's okay to be janitor in that company
jeffg24LT21 You're right I just want to get involved to that rushing adrenaline too
dude it's just 0.0001% of their career that they'll ever have adrenaline rush moments like this
it's just plain, boring stuff otherwise pretty obviously
AlterRektMLG Well, that was pretty much better
Too much to do is not cool, if it's necessary
If you are a foreigner you can work for space x or its just for americans only?
TheStefman08 i think in the moment it's for American only. Elon was asked this question in an interview
If the falcon heavy does it today, please make another video like this :)
TheCiccio1981 I might!
Ehm... :)
Victory!!! BTW 4th time watching this.
Boggless Thank you!
That was just..... POWERFUL stuff.
Appreciate for the whole team work. Really thanks to all of you ❤️❤️❤️
Wow youtube bring me here after watching interstellar docking schene lmao
This is how we unite our species! Progress!
That was amazing, I was awestruck when I watched the launch/landing myself during the official video/broadcast, but I never had watched and heard the reignition of the engines upon landing. Seeing the rocket fire back up while still in the air and the flaps come back down was a spectacular angle. Beautifully timed to such an amazing piece of music it made me cry too. :) Elon Musk in that moment must have been the proudest human alive to see his vision come to life and perform its dance so perfectly.
The sound of the engines roaring their fiery thunder into the night sky, a blazing beacon of ingenuity, just as it is a blazing beacon of success for the progress of the human race. Everyone screaming and cheering all together, all at once, all eyes glued to the rocket containing the precious cargo of our hopes and dreams of a brighter future. Each baby step taken up into the sky before it comes sprinting back down to us safely, still intact, still bearing the weight of all our hopes upon its shoulders. I don't think the winning team of the superbowl could be as loud and jubilant as that room was that night. Hearing everyone cheering like that shows just how deeply everyone's heart is built into this project.
I sincerely put my faith behind Elon and his team of unbelievable engineers to take us ever onward to Mars. To prove the doubters wrong and to help the human race achieve our next major milestone. I'm only grateful I'm alive and old enough to understand the gravity of this all happening during my lifetime. What a tale to tell future generations! Our grandparents told us about the moon landing and we get to tell future generations of the time Elon made the second biggest advancement in space faring technology and god willing our successful landing on Mars! To the future! A toast!
Mankind was born on earth. It was never meant to die here.
My macho mentality walked right out the door on this one. If this doesn't jerk a tear or illicit a positive reaction... get your soul checked out.
47 years later and were already aiming for Mars... god damn
This made me cry. Humanity is unbelievable.
