Back in the early 90s I used to live at Richardson Vista Apartments which is now known as North Point Apartments. On Bluff Road. Back in the early 90s I was paying 485.00 a month for a studio apartment. When it was Richardson Vista Apartments back then there used to be alot of drug activity prostitution you name it it went on there the cops are always being called up there for something.

@@NuttyNu I believe it's close to $1,000 a month now for the same studio apartments even though I believe alot of the apartments have been remodeled including the studio apartments.
Northpointe Apartments I believe it was back in the 60s used to be all military housing.
It was the wild west in the 80’s! Very different now. Every neighborhood has some jackasses.

@@NuttyNu that newer Housing Development you drove by none of those houses were there in the early 90s. I remember Hollywood Vista Apartments.
Used to a video store and adult store video on the corner up there on Government Hill I don't know if it's still there anymore.
I submit that there are plenty of mid class folks in the govhood.
@@JoelMMcKinney There are, but most are Government subsidized up there, or retirees needing low rent.
