In the clip, Virat Kohlu is talking about bat and head stillness which is important for balance, ball-sighting and optimal efficiency of movement, having judged the pitch of the ball on release by the bowler. He isn’t talking about having his feet planted.
stillness is all bout how still you are at the point of released, Virat is talking about this,
both have different method to maintain their body as stable as possible, in AB case he use double trigger, and that feet movement indirectly affect overall stability
