Well just to let you know in India it's always said, coconut oil is the best , for everything n even our ancestors use to say us coconut is really best for your hair, Also it has given me good results for my hair. I have even used olive oil, almond oil etc, but for me coconut oil works best. I don't know about others, but for me coconut oil works the best. I also did my blood work n everything is fine .. it’s just coconut oil ..I don’t know the science behind this may be because usa has hard water n that cause the hair loss .. parachute suits Indian ppl but when it comes to extra virgin coconut oil it increases hair fall .
If you are living in India use coconut oil in summer because as it it to hot in summer the coconut oil is always in melted form and in winter you can use mustard oil and mustard oil also treat dandruff ❤👍🏻
I've found Shea butter on my hair strands to be a game changer for my frizzy, thin, extremely dry and fly away, fine, long hair. The main issue is applying it. It is very difficult to smooth on to the strands as it is so so sticky, like castor oil. I take a little Shea butter, rub it into my hands and use it that way. Any tips on this would be amazing. You're videos are great. They motivate me to look after my hair more. ❤❤
I normally leave my shampoo in my hair for 1-2 minutes to act as a clarifying shampoo. I’ve never tried just double cleansing but I definitely want to try it now ❤

You know art oiling to your hair is something different, that people mistaken who don't know it and here rather than using jojoba oil use sesame seed oil which do wonders if usen it correctly , you use any oil but it should different in every season like coconut oil should be use in summer because it's cool in nature, and sesame seed oil or mustard should be used in winters and almond jojoba ( lighter oil ) in rainy season or monsoon season and also in spring season

Before I dilute my coconut oil with Jojoba or pumpkin seed oil. But then I just switched to Fractionated Coconut Oil which makes it into a complete different chemically composition oil that is so easily absorbed and light.

Ooh, I didn't even know that there was an oil application bottle! My hair is fine and waist length, and was always thick (as my hairdresser mum used to say, "there's a lot of it!"). I've just finished (yay!) chemotherapy for cancer and, while this chemo doesn't lead to total loss, it leads to thinning and I've lost half the volume of my hair. I apply castor oil for an hour or two before washing once a week, use a gentle handmade lavender shampoo bar, sometimes a green tea rinse, and a leave-in castor oil conditioner afterwards. Once air dry, I put it in a loose plait and cover it with a silk scarf during the day and a silk sleeping bonnet at night. Can you make any more suggestions to help with reducing hair fall and encouraging hair growth now my chemotherapy is finished? Many thanks for your excellent videos. 💗
Hi, Doro, I'm glad I found your channel I learned a lot but I noticed something before I used to only apply vaseline on my face and my face was clear and had no acne or pimples but then I was like let me try some products on my face cause I wanted that shiny face and all but then 2 days later my face was full with pimples and acne and I didn't like it at all so I thought that if you add a lot of stuff on your face that's wats causing the pimples and acne so I stopped putting anything on my face these days and I only put vaseline and there's a big change now. but I really learned a lot from your channel thank you so much.

Exactly, isn't the whole point of it to put oil on your skin/scalp to feed it and promote hairgrowth? You can't exactly do that if the oil doesn't touch your scalp.

Coconut oil is the best for scalp and hairlength.. yes it requires extra shampoo but it doesn't dry out hair...
But u need to warm the oil then apply n massage especially in winter
It's best to warm all oils but I would recommend not using coconut on your scalp

Fenugreek seed water is so good for hairfall n dandruff. It's just water so can be used daily on hair n dries without any residue

If you use sulfate, SLS, strong SLS, you can do preshower scalp oiling. If you don't, you can skip preoiling the scalp.
