      I'm not vegan either, I thought fully raw meant boring and totally salads all the way. But some if her pasta dishes are so beautiful and I believe delicious although I would totally add pink Himalayan salt for taste. Everything is artistically presented.

    Thanks for telling us what each food was good for!! Especially that cucumbers are good for adrenal fatique. I have serious case of adrenal fatigue helping my husband heal from
    Melaoma stage 4. He was on Gerson Therapy for 28 months. That was intense rigid and demanding program but it worked but it took toll on my adrenals. It will take awhile for me to recover. Im confident i will heal in due time with food, rest, mediation,friends and time. I want to take the time to THANK you for adding captions in your utubes as im deaf. In gratitude and i love your bubbly presentation. Thank you💜💚

    I've heard of some people who have lost a lot of hair when they've transitioned to veganism but yet Kristina's hair is so long and lusicious, even more healthier looking than people who eat meat.

      @taniasiriphone6545 8 років тому +33

      She also lost her hair too when she started eating raw! It's really interesting. She mentions it in one of her videos. But she says when it grew back it grew way healthier. I believe she said it's a normal process of your body cleansing and transitioning into becoming healthier :) not sure

    • @abracadabraalakazam.
      @abracadabraalakazam. 8 років тому +19

      A lot of people lose their hair because they don't do their research beforehand. They need to make sure that they're getting enough protein (easily through greens, spirulina, beans, lentils, tofu, tempeh) and take a vegan/vegetarian b vitamin or multi. a super b complex can help combat b12 deficiencies, or you can add a tablespoon or two of nutritional yeast to food--it has a cheesy flavor. I use it in my burritos.

    • @FrootKat
      @FrootKat 8 років тому +8

      often it's a vitamin D or B12 deficiency which is easily fixed :) it's worth supplementing zinc too :)

    Rosemary oil is amazing, put it in castor oil and olive oil, heat slightly and put on your scalp and hair, cover you hair for 10 minutes or longer, even overnight, doing this 1-2x a week will grow your hair 2-3 times faster. It has not made my hair thicker, not sure why, but it does grow the hair. Castor oil can also be used on the skin, eyes and nails, it pulls out toxins and heals amazingly. Just make sure you have high quality castor oil with no hexane, call the company and double check it. Enjoy your hair while you have it and your healthy. Thank you Kristina for sharing and I do love you and your hair, you inspire, Godspeed!

    i started drinking this juice by a company called 'Garden Flavor'...it has Aronia Berries which have a lot of antioxidants and is good for the eyes...it also has Guayusa Leaf...the juice tastes really good...they have it at whole foods...16 oz size...i also just noticed, today, that Whole Foods has frozen Aronia berries...which is great, because i was wondering where to get them...

I never comment on videos, just thought I'd say that I really love the hair and skin information you've been putting out recently. I think you should incorporate more beauty related content such as this, I feel like you are able to reach out to a broader audience possibly by doing so. Anyways, keep doin your thang girllll!!!! Oh my! I didn't realize people ate aloe vera like that!! I have a few plants and use them if I ever get a sunburn... and if I actually bite my nails after applying it, BLEH! The taste is so bitter and potent. Props to the people that can eat it. I guess I'll have to try it sometime. I love all the other foods she mentions and eat them almost every day!

Also, when I start juicing, do I need to drink coconut water as well everyday along with juicing? or just drink the 6 juices a day for 3 days. And what juice receipt do you recommend for a 3 day juice cleanse?
