Abdulling was such a terrible sounding name for a move 😂, hence why I opted for Hyper Spin at the time. Beautiful compilation of so many great people. Amazing video. I love these history of run videos. Seeing all the different runners come and leave, records pass from person to the next, and minute barriers thought impossible become possible as they continue to push forward for the next barrier to break. It’s cool to see how these runners were able to push the game to it’s limit and you did a great job conveying that story.
What a masterpiece of a video!!! I LOVED IT. I'm glad to see your youtube popping off. You deserve it for how much time you've dedicated to the series over the years. And to me, you seem like great guy from all the streams I've watched. Keep up the great work my man.
The OG PS1 game was even easier to break with the "god mode" demo glitch. You have to wait for the demo of the plane level "Bye Bye Blimps" to start, hold triangle the whole time the demo is loading, and you'll be able to play the level when it starts the demo. Exit the level once you can control the game, and you will appear in the center of the warp room with all the end game power ups including the bazooka and the Crash Dash. If you finish the level normally, you'll be in Warp Room 4 but the game will lock you inside of it with the electricity, you'll be softlocked.
I bought Crash N Sane Trilogy on my laptop today and so far the game is capable of running at a smooth 60fps, so I'm gonna take my opportunity and practice hobsliding 🙂
This was a really good video I enjoyed how you explained a lot of tricks and the console differences etc. I think more explanation of the details of the route would’ve helped! I’m someone who’s never played these games and maybe it’s just me, but I like to know a bit about the game’s world/learn some things about the speedrun framed within the game world. I definitely leaned a bit too hard on the assumption that people watching would know the game already casually, and that’s something I’m keeping in mind to fix with future videos. Glad you enjoyed it! 😊
