Hi UA-cam! I am Tara Jane, 31 years old, and in recovery for depression, PTSD, and binge eating disorder. So I wanted to document my first day of recovery so I can look back on this later and see my progress.

It's okay there will be ups and downs in your recovery. It'll be tough, but worth having a healthy relationship with food in the end. I struggle with this sorta stuff too, so I have had many Day 1's. Keep going and never lose sight of the goal which is to be happy and healthy!
