My experience with Eating Disorders and how it has shaped me into who I am today *trigger warning*

Hey guys! Welcome to my channel. I wanted my first post to be raw, real, and straight up about the biggest obstacle I have faced in my life. Being diagnosed with anorexia at the young age of 11 seriously impacted my childhood and effected me on so many levels. From the mental health journey, to the many gastric issues that came after bulimia, to the social anxiety, and finally advocacy, clarity and peace of mind. Im posting this for anyone that could potentially relate, or maybe those who just want to learn more about what its like to have an eating disorder. I hope this helps someone. Im always here for you!
