- The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD) is conducting a criminal investigation that resulted in the arrest of CMPD Officer Henry Chapman, after an arrestee reported that an officer had stolen property from him. The incident happened Thursday, March 14, shortly after 4pm in the University City Division. Upon investigation, CMPD detectives arrested Officer Chapman who was charged with one count of Embezzlement.
Passenger’s 4th amendment rights were violated and then doxxed.

FYI -- they are not going to post the actual interrogation interview until the criminal case is resolved. He is being charged with a crime and the statements made in the official interrogation will be used in court. Releasing the interview to the public at this time would be considered prejudicial to the defense. Standard way this goes down. Anything he said prior to the interrogation is already released because he was not yet mirandized.

Why the police have a bad reputation. Mr Moon was so polite and trying to stay calm while everyone around him was ignoring what he was saying, the money could have been found in 2 minutes, all the police then were so supportive of their “brother” and having the “worst” day of their lives. At MOST verifying she could legally drive should’ve been beyond enough, I’ve been in this situation twice before and the second time I wound up having to just say I’m not showing you shit, I’m not the one detained here I’m taking my car and you can pull me over and detain me if you don’t like it but until then you’ve got zero justification for asking.

The three times I got a speeding ticket they were all b******* but I'm not going to go up against corruption and filth you can't win the exception is if you don't mind spending a certain amount of time of your life protesting idiots. For me until the day the Law changes and the Ten Commandments are back up in the courtroom and policemen are held to the same standard as anyone else you can't lie I'm staying away from confrontation with these animals we call policemen we can agree to disagree I don't have time to spend with these types of people I avoid them whenever possible. I'm happy to hear you are successful telling the officer that it was your car you're going to get in it and if you wanted to he could stop you down the road. That's not my style it takes all kinds. Passenger had no legal obligation to identify himself. The driver was pulled over for speeding which a passenger has no involvement with.

He asked if his girlfriend could take the cash, the cops said no.
Apparently you have not watched all of the videos. He initially said the money was his girlfriends to pay bills and it had a chase bank bag associated with the money. He asked the officer to give it to the passenger at fort because it was bill money and he asked again to give it to the girlfriend when she arrived. Chapman allowed the passenger to take the phones but not the money. The girl also owns a cosmetic company.
