my husband and I just got done listen to your music it put a big smile on his face he can relate so much to your story as a logger and we like the way you sing and play the Guitar great voice by the way as well!! God bless and be with you all the way!
I have worked in the woods for over 20 years and have been very fortunate not to have been seriously hurt or killed.I have known several men that were and I dedicate this song to them. Douglas E. Foster
MOST of my family have been injured in the Oregon Woods, (some really serious). None died along the way. But lost a few friends. Where can I buy a few cds?
Logger16748, I really love this song. My husband is a logger and I am going to college to be a photographer, and for one of my assignments for my photography class I had to make a story by using photos, and I used the photos I took of my husband working in the woods cutting down the trees skidding them out and also when they got loaded on the log truck. Logging is a very, very dangerous job if you do not know what you are doing. Very nice song.
I really like this song,it might not be what a lot of kids my age listen to today, but when i turned"18"i was in the woods an,well,i've been there ever since, and i respect this song, and the tall old oak trees older than me
This song is true cut for 30 year never ben hurt till i got a kick. Back amd did near did me in know i run a harveter cut tres in a cab of a feller bunch the mam with a chainsaw deserves the respect to called a logger
@sahsah29 I'm glad you like the song, spent over 20 Yr's in the woods myself mostly felling. My friend be careful and safe, may God be with you and good luck.
