Hello everyone let me know your thoughts on the fabulous performance of One Night With You from That's The Way It Is! Thank you all so much! Y'all Keep TCB'ing!
I Love 💕 Love this song 🎶 it’s Awesome to see him perform and also play with the women in the audience!! Continue to enjoy your bloopers!! Great Eric!! Thank you so very much!!
Fantastic, simply awesome! Elvis is a tornado here. I prefer this version to the 1983 one. The lyrics he rewrote are more romantic and make a girl/woman feel wanted and longed for. By the way, I'm reconsidering 'T.R.O.U.B.L.E' - 1975. I bumped into it yesterday: I got up and started singing it, don't know why. Anyway, the piano is majestic and I love its lyrics: they're fun. But there are some words I can't fully understand since I'm not mother tongue American. Maybe someone in the community can help me. What does it mean when he says: 'have been another something or the other'? And what's a 'hunka pokey bait? While I think I quite got the expression: 'hit the skids' (= went into trouble/broke?). Thank you and fantastic job as usual, Eric! Keep TCBing⚡⚡
And thank you. Those broken chains on his jumpsuit were when he went into the audience for a 2nd time & they were ripped; there's about a 5 sec. piece of video of him being lifted into the air by some audience members (if I find it I'll email it). On the "sit down outtake" video a woman yelled something up to him & he said, "Honey, I wouldn't go back down there again for love nor money." That video is at ua-cam.com/video/9lm5m0H0LQk/v-deo.html & is the only version I know of that has all 4 songs -- a few other versions are cut down to just 1 or 2.

Love Elvis. Anything he sings is great, no matter what.
