AS AN INDIAN CHEF, I APPROVE THIS RECIPE 🙏🏼💯
also if you want authentic smokey flavour, you can torch up a piece of charcoal and put it in a small bowl in same container as your marinated chicken. before covering the chicken add few drops of any oil on the charcoal and cover it up…. it will give the chicken a really smokey flavour and you can oven/panfry/grill it later.

I recently bought meal prep containers because you inspired me! Also, working fulltime and studying leaves no time for cooking (and i'm never keen or excited to do it) but seeing your meal preps, the aesthetic around them, nutrition, affordability and your enthusiasm has truly motivated me! I'll be starting with your chickpea coconut curry this Sunday as a prep for the week! Please never stop your meal prep series, I've also realized that I can use your non-meal preps recipes as meal preps as well. Especially the coconut curry with beef! Now i'm hungry :/
Anyway, I'm here for you and when I get financially stable, I will join your patreon!

Another beautiful recipe, though if i may suggest something: i would choose the way to cook something based off of which way you think most viewers would do it, and in this case that would definitely not be on the bbq. Anyway i think most of us are capable enough to cook things with a written instruction aswel so its really no big deal, just a small detail! Thanks for another delicious meal prep Jack!
