Modified stone sheilds can be useful for "accepting" brake duct

Hi mate, just wondering is the engine all stock with a tune or does it have some go fast bits? Keen to see how the Front mount goes. How good is that tuning on the go with the shocks👍 Its awesome what is available now.

@@jasonlaker8723 hey mate! Thanks for the comment. Engine is an untouched ej207 crate engine (short block). Heads were refreshed at the same time as the replacement block went in along with a new factory turbo (vf34). Literally no go fast bits except a modern tune on it!
I’m praying the front mount makes some serious improvements! 230kw would be outstanding!! Shocks are crazy hey. Very bloody cool I recon.

@@hacksawracing This may help for some budget improvements, I have a standard EJ20 in a Aussie WRX and had it tuned buy a guy over here that knows way more than me. He got me to purchase an AVO intake and I went down the Mamba turbo route with a very similar performance outcome to the VF34, an invidia down pipe and 3 port boost controller with PW top mount. The difference was mind blowing but the big thing according to the tuner was the intake and down pipe to get the thing breathing way better than the factory option. Hope this helps as it's all stuff that can be done on a budget build.
Good luck mate and great content.
