    Nc II passer , I pass my nc II using 1 bowl only I practice less materials and tools kasi sa school namin madalas limited lang talaga ang gamit so napakaimportante nung sinabi ni Ma'am 🥰

    Mam I always watch ur video yesday lng mam sinabi Ng assesor Ng tesda Quezon na Ang swiss roll ay Hindi dapat lgyan Ng frosting. Masama ang loob ko mam kc 10 kming Ng trainee bgsak kmi lhat. Kc ask ko lng pareho kc kyo Ng turbo Ng teacher nmin. Pero sa sssesor Hindi ok . Umiyak ako mam kc ok yung bread ko sa knya pero ang sama Ng loob ko kc habang roll ko yung swiss roll may crack prang sa Inyo pero sa loob lng yun Hindi sa labas wlang crack . Msama ang loob ko kc sa gitna Ng session at kakakuha lng in Ng swiss roll sa oven pinatigil na wag daw Muna nmin gglwin kc tingnan nya Muna so wait nmn kmi pero may mga nauna na Ng roll so ok SLA kc maainit natoll nla d Ng crack. So kmi wait prin kc kimakain Ng lunch so s sobrang tgal lumamig na sya. So alm n Ng mg crack tlga cya . So Mya Mya Ng sbi sya na itigil na lhat Ng ginagawa dhil bgsak n kmi lhat.Ni Hindi MN kmi binigyan Ng chance at tingn yung roll nmin kung ok na ba. Since ok nmn yung bread . Ni Hindi kmi Ng oral kc ktwiran nya bgsak n kmi . Pero sa form nya Meron sya oral so pra smin Hindi nya sinunod ang standard Ng tesda . Nwla tin bgla ang tesda representative late na Ng dumatinh aga nwala so ang ntira assesor lng. Gusto ko sya sguyin o mgatwiran man lng kung bkit ngyari yun kc pinatigil nya so malamig Ng roll nmin . Gusto umiyak sa school pero pinigilan ko stili ko kc dmay lhat kc sa 8 na tinatanong nya kla ko 2 n kmi mkkpsa kc ni Hindi nya ako tinatanong. Bkit ganon sya ngsinuganling sya sa form n may orql kami eh wla nmn kc sbi nya Hindi ko na kyo oral kc bgsak din nmn kyo lhat.Gusto ko sya complaint eh kc d sya patas mam.😥😥😥😥😥

      if you feel na you are on the right track, go ahead po. me cctv ang lahat ng assessment center as required by tesda me audio din. pero follow po ang proper protocol kung pano iraise ang concern na yan. let your training school and assessment center manager know about your concern. I hope this will be resolved. PM me po sa FB for more details. I understand your concern.

      Mam ni Hindi nya tingnan ang mga swiss roll nmin . Pero yung isa nming ksma palpak ang swiss roll nya ponagbigyan Mya pinagit nya yung natirang mixture nya . Ngunit Hindi rin cya nkapasa dhil may crack din. Bkit don plang pwede nmn nya consider bkitkami n nkagawa Ng roll ngunit may crack pero npgqnda at nacover nmn din nya kinonsider. Gusto ko nga po email ang regional office pra ipaalm ang ngyari nyan may right ba kmi na maghain Ng complaint sa assesor at tesda rep. Kc nwla ncya don at Hindi n bumalik hanggang mtapaos kmi tpos may pirma cya at nlaman ko pa mam na nglgay ang assesor Ng oral evaluation smin eh sinabi nga nya na itigil na Ang paggawa wla Ng oral total bagsak nmn kyo lhat ni Hindi nya snbi smin sa umpisa na wag n yo na tpusin ang roll gumawa p kmi Ng frosting tpos ganon ang ggwin nya

      For this recipe po ung 1 cup Ng Cake flour gawin mo lang 3/4 cup plus 1/4cup cocoa powder. Then add 1/8 cup water.

      Gas range po ok Naman. Kahit nga 45L lang ok din. Much better din po Ang gas. Pero no problem sa electric un lang mahal kuryente.

      Flavorless oil po. Any brand naman pwede. Mas ok mas clear. Wag din ung natutulog na oil .

      Lagi namin ginagamit Ang golden crown. Pero kahit anong brand naman Ng butter or kahit refrigerated margarine pwede din Basta unsalted gamitin mo.
      At another tip is Pag mas masarap Ang butter mas masarap Ang frosting.

      Dyan po ata hindi. Pwede ka naman po maglagay for additional stability Lalo na pag warm at humid ang environment, it doesn't taste good. Kaya lagay ka if needed ng 1 to 2 tbsp shortening lang.

      For the chiffon, just add 1 stick black coffee sa 1/4 c water.
      Then, for mocha buttercream, just add 1 stick coffee sa 1 tsp hot water. Then add to your whipped butter and sugar.

      Yes po. X2 mo lang lahat. Naka half lang actually yan. Pag 8 in na gagawin mo or 9 in double the recipe na.

    Is it possible po to file a complaint about the assesor who didn't consider or given a chance to have an oral just bec she was not in mood bec at the beginning the tesda representative arrive late the assessment should start 8am but the tesda rep. Was late he arrived 10am since the travel time was 2 1/2 hrs. Then go around 12:00 didn't come back he was at the office at the school didn't see him to the room kung saan don kmi gumagawa so nai2an kmi sa assesor lng 2la cya dn. Bumalik tpos may pirma cya sa papel khit 2la nmn cya don nkakagalit db man. Yan ang mga tao na d gngwa ang duty sa oras Ng work na dapat d mgtrabaho sa gobyerno .

      yes possible naman po magfile ng complaint. pero usually investigation will take first sa assessment center. it should have been discussed and resolved on that day din ng event. what did the assessment center say or your training school. you can always raise ur concern sa training school and assessment center. medyo mahaba ang investigation if after the event na. pero i hope this will be reseolved

      Mam yun pong second batch pinsan nya lahat at tinulungan daw SLA Ng assesor to roll the swiss roll ask ko po does the assesor is allow to help.May sched kmi sa Monday for meeting regarding the incident .

      Sabi kc Ng Trainor nmin need mag file at may support docs. Sabi rin pla tpos na daw yung assessment nka pirma daw yung iba nming ksma about sa evaluation Ng assesor.Tingin mo po may chance Kya na ma void yung assessment nya.

      @@amorlove9424 it was better resolved kung at the time f the event kayo nag reklamo. ni-raise nyo kaagad sa assessment center manager. nag sign ka na ng proof that you agree the assessor's decision. kasi pag pinapatagal lalong mahirap idig up ang supporting docs. however you can always file a complant sa main office. I just dont have any idea the process and the proper action.

      Usually po free Ang assessment kung scholarship Yan. At payment naman depende sa school kung San ka mag pa assess.

      Sa paglagay po b sa pan? Flour po un. Dust with flour lng after brushing with lard. You do that instead of putting parchment paper.

      gamit ko dyan 6in, tall. pero pqg 8in manipis na. kaya idouble mo n lang ang recipe or x2 para mataas.

      9x13 pan po Ang gamit ko dyan ung common jelly roll pan. Pero d magkasya sa typical half roll boxes and boards. Kaya cut about half an inch lang on both end sides. It'll be ready for frosting and fits to boxes available. Pwede din gamitin nyo ung 8x12. D mo n kelangan icut.

      Eto po ay chiffon base. Baka ung sa inyo ay sponge base cake. That's ok po depende din po Kasi which one Ang gagamitin, shortened or unshortened cake. This is shortened cake.
