Hello, yes any food color is okay sa any kind of buttercream. Much better nga po ang gel food color kasi it wont alter the consistency of your buttercream. Papait lang po siya kapag marami po kayu nilagay na food color po

Wala naman po magiging palpak ibe bake niyu if mag ibat ibang direction halo niyu basta not too much. May malaki kasing chance na mag over mix at dumami big bubbles ang ma trap within your mixture. Its not bad but must be in moderation.
Thats also correct if kalkulado mo ang oven mo. Some oven, especially industrial oven requires longer time to reach desired heat eh mabilis lang mag prep ng chiffon cake. It really depends on your oven's ability to reach desired temp. If your oven can reach its temp ng 5mins pwede ka mag preheat before gumawa meringue, pero if your oven requires longer time to preheat do it during youre mise en place 😊

Hi, in most assessment center pwede naman po magdala sariling tools at kahit small oven pwede rin sa ibang assessment centee. Wag lang magdala ng gawa na product hehe
