Ive learn to appreciate more these plant. Those plants are just around every corner here in province of the Philippines. You can just see them growing on the street sides with the weeds.
Thanks for all your videos- it’s a great mix of shopping, how tos and informational. Your excitement and enthusiasm about plants is infectious and so entertaining. I love that it feels like you treat your videos like a job - you shop when I’m stuck at work. Thank you! And the thumbs down really irritate me- why? Why not move on to the next free content. I just hope that all interactions with your videos help you get paid for what you are so good at. Merry Christmas!
Wow you did very well with this tour, loved all the plants they were so amazing. I am glad you did this on your phone I did not care about the quality, was good to see you back. You're doing fantastic work, keep it up.
You are right in one way, once a tillandsia blooms the main plant dies slowly, but is usually replaced by offsets from this main plant. So the plant doesn't completely die out. Nice tour!!! From Morris park in the Ozarks have a great day!!!
when you said the plant in the fancy pot was a fancy plant i cracked up, so true, i work at a garden center and the endless summer hydrangeas in their fancy blue pots get snapped up before the local mop heads in black pot lol
I never liked/appreciated these plants before I saw people like you on youtube 😆 The reason is that they grow like crazy in the tropics like weeds. But now I use them to make a wall of plants.
I would faint if I walked in a nursery/greenhouse like this one... my small town in Alabama just doesn't mix it up. Same plants as we had 15 years ago. Especially this time of year haha Very Jealous!! Great video !! Thank you for sharing!! 🌿🌱🌿
That Goldfish Plant with the dark red splotches under the leaves is called a "Shady Ladies Marlene Goldfish Plant". I have one from Al's and it blooms almost constantly, its one of my favorites! Not all Goldfish Plants have the red so they're kinda special I think. :)
I know this is in California....but that is a great variety of plants for a nursery place. I miss that here in Charlotte, NC. I used to live in Miami, Florida and the variety of tropical plants in the Miami area was insane....abundance of tropical plants everywhere.
Mornin' Ericka... I love ur Long videos. In Fact ...I Absoutly Love how Excited You Get ❤ Like a Sweet Little Girl on Christmas Mornin'. Wish I were there to Video Your Face..😁 I have learned so many plants. Their. Names & even how to say them from Shopping with You. !!! Thank You for all I learned & will learn....❤
Nice video. I haven’t been Home for a few years now, I live in Germany, but this Plant Craziness is Everywhere. It’s interesting to see the prices of plants in the US as compared to Europe and how those that are Hot in 1 place are Not in another. I find the Maranta Lemon Lime “Prayer Plant” to be My Fav at the moment. To see a WHOLE HUGE PLANT selling for 15 bucks made Me so envious since for that price I would be getting a 2 leaf cutting. A plant that large would cost 150-300 bucks here. If You don’t have 1 I hope You bought it. Our a Monstera costs 10-15 bucks!! If it wasn’t that the shipping and Our regulations are so strict I would order online. I would have a house fuller of plants than I do now. The prices are incredibly cheap. You Cats are truly Blessed. Thanks for taking Me shopping. ✌🏿
Love this plant tour! I'm a little behind the times, but still enjoyed the tour. The long, thin things in the peporomia frost are the flowers. I have one that constantly flowers and I love it!
I saw an asparagus springeri on the right side of the screen when you were featuring another plant. I'm learning alot about plants that I didn't know existed. Ty.
I just wanna tell you that if a plant is ever looking a little bit rough ask for the garden department manager and they will give you it at a discounted rate
I love Green Thumb. I live in Oceanside so I go to the one in San Marcos. Their houseplant room is much smaller than this one though. Thanks for sharing!
At the garden center I go to prices are different according to where they get them and for what price. So if you look at all of them you may find a cheaper price. Awesome Video! Merry Christmas!
Fantastic video. I'm very new to plants. I've got new furniture for my new home and want to buy some plants... I'm excited to learn all about these beautiful plants 😍
So many beautiful plants and so many choices to choose from. I want to try a few, I have 1 calathea, want to try a few others that I can't name, so excited to go plant shopping.
great tour because I'm looking to get some new plants since 3 have not overwintered well. it's good to see the Monstera's already staked. they grow so fast, it can be a hassle doing it yourself
I was so excited seeing this great video bc I thought I finally found a nursery I could go visit in the east coast. I thought the nursery was in NJ in the beginning of the video. California nurseries are next level. NY/NJ nurseries can't compete. Do you know of any nurseries in the east coast? Great video. I wish I lived in Cali.
:-) Quite funny at 1:05:26 where you say “this plant is only $29.99 which is a good price because they usually sell for $30” ??!! That’s only one “cent” (penny) difference. Not sure about the US, but in Canada, pennies no longer exist, which means the price would be rounded up to $30 !! :-) Goes to show that marketing ploys work. The only reason prices are set to $29.99 instead of $30, is that people’s brains latch onto the $29 and ignore the .99, so they think the price is cheaper when it’s actually higher. Rip off pricing strategy ... and this is proof that it works.
Great video! =) Thank you for putting so much time and effort into this. May I ask, whats the plant at 1:10:16? I tried looking it up but couldn't find it
Hi Erika Thank you for sharing that video with us,,, I watched the video the other day when you got 2 plants by mail from Home Depot I guess,,, or can you tell me where can I order some 💚🙏🌿💐🌱🌹❤ Thank you very much

your self control is unmatched, I could never go to all these stores without going crazy and buying dozens of plants
Omg it’s bc I have to be super selective w my plants since I’m running out of space 😅
Ive learn to appreciate more these plant. Those plants are just around every corner here in province of the Philippines. You can just see them growing on the street sides with the weeds.
I love your smile, it makes the plants grow beautifully

These are literally my favorite videos ever
21:57 bromeliads soak up water through the "funnel" made by the leaves. They only use their roots to stay upright and secure.

Thanks for sharing!
Bromeliads need water in their cups for hydration and nourishment. Leaves and probably insects fall is. They have loots mainly for stability.
The one at 1:31:15 is Ruby necklace. I have that plant and it's constantly in bloom.
Harika Mahendra i might have to get one if it’s constantly in bloom 😍
Thank you very much for the prices it helps out alot to know a price range for the plants I wanna get sooner than later 😊
At the garden center I go to prices are different according to where they get them and for what price. So if you look at all of them you may find a cheaper price. Awesome Video! Merry Christmas!
22:00 that's a neoregelia bromeliad. yes, it's designed to catch and store water in the top.
Are we sure that sans isn't a jaboa?
Love the video. Just got a little dizzy when you were spinning the camera a little too fast at the beginning.
