      Funny story - I recently bought a GR Yaris Rallye here in Australia. I previously owned a ST185 GT4 (non Rallye) and a ST205 Group A Rallye and thought I'd get a personal plate on the car that linked back to the TTE days. Did a bit of searching and found photos of the old Celicas and tried to get a plate with the same combo of letters and numbers. None of them were available here in Western Australia! I presume because TTE had to register their cars to use them on the road sections and so the plates were still held in their name. I ended up with a number plate that was used on one of the WRC Corollas by Auriol which never came to Australia instead. Only old rally nerds like me would have any idea why I have a number plate starting with KAM on my Yaris.

    Don has helped me with advice to make sure my ST205 road car runs properly. always helpful, even from the other side of the world

    I do think the rules Group A demanded were cool. Like the door card thing and etc, because it was what kept the car looking like the road one. Imagine buying a car and slapping decals and the same wheels make it look almost exactly like the GrpA.

    Love to see this sort of video I wasn't following these cars performing when they were in use(I wasn't born yet). But it's these sort of cars that help give people direction in their life. in recent times I've acquired a T18 celica it's the base model ST/STi I'm very glad with it since the celica was never sold in my country.

    I know you talked about this before, but I'd like to hear your in-depth recollections about the Colin McRae and DiRT series and how you got involved with it. From what I gather the North American release of CMR2.0 replaced your voice with an American-sounding guy doing the pacenotes and narration and was a touch slower due to the game being initially developed with PAL consoles in mind.

    is this car same spec with carlos sainz edition model
