Not saying Asians all look alike - if you haven't been around it, some look similar enough if just at a glance... but put say, a Filipino and a Laotian next to each other, they're OBVIOUSLY different. lol
My theory is Cotton knows it from watching all the WWII content he could find on TV, VHS, etc. He has studied it in a roundabout way. Haha.

I love whenever Monsignor Martinez is on TV in the King of the Hill universe. One of my favorite instances is when Lupe is at the Hill’s home and she and Hank are watching the show on TV and Hank asks Lupe, “Is this show accurate?” That line always kills me no matter what. It’s also interesting how they made a live action pilot for a spin-off, before it was scrapped due to Fox not wanting to have a priest going around shooting people, which is understandable. The episode that showcases the actor was truly well done. Thank for the video man, keep up the great work! Vaya Con Dios.

McBane is a film series (or maybe just one movie) to parody Schwarzenegger and buddy cop films. Monsignor Martinez is a weekly show with largely random plots akin to MacGyver or The 6 Million Dollar Man. I could maybe see a spin-off working. There's an anime about vampires, but it takes place in the Vatican. The main character is a vampire, kind of, and a priest and another priest is a cyborg, or maybe a robot. The pope is like 12 with his brother and sister as his cardinals? and they basically make the decisions. There's another anime where Jesus and Buddha are basically roommates and get up the wacky hijinks. I've heard it's pretty popular with religious people since it shows Jesus as a super nice and kind person and overall being cool. The Christmas episode sounds neat.

here in peru a lot of showers do not have curtains and the tubs are very low. the kind of shower he is using is a free standing shower which is a very popular kind of shower in most latin american countries. this is because not only is the design more modern but they are seen as more hygenic than bath tubs because of the poor water quality. they also take up less space. the reason as to why he doesnt use a curtian is most likely because of blowing and the fact that curtians can trap bacteria. thats also why there is a step near the bath mat. this step prevents water from splashing on to the mat and getting it soaked. also a shower door would not be a good alternative due to a lot of latin american countries being hot spots for earthquakes.

I'd watch a tv show with the Monsignor Martinez character in a heart beat. He was a cool character.

I never knew this before. I thought he was a priest at church of their town. And i first knew him in a extract of Peggy’s nightmare

Idk but Mexico, but some countries don't have shower curtains, but just let the shower water spray everywhere. Everything in the shower room is (should be) water proof.

I remember vacationing in mexico 20 years ago when my grandmother was still alive and her shower had no shower curtains and was thrown off by it because it looked in good condition

With a house such as his, the primary suite bathroom should have its own shower stall as well as a nice spa bathtub (whirlpool style).

A thought i just had. Maybe you could cover what happened to the proper DVD releases after Season 7. I guess there were DVD releases but they are incredibly rare, expensive, and i dont remember them being released as widely as the first 7 seasons. Most of the episodes from 8 to 13, i have little memories of.

Fox missed a huge opportunity by not greenlighting that spinoff. Makes you wonder what society would have been like if we had Monsignor Martinez in our lives.

Love this channel, and I would love to know if you were inspired at all by 'The Real Jim's and his Simpsons histories. These are quite similar, and I love them just as much.

Well, I was making history videos for a few years and decided to start a KOTH channel for fun, with the intention of reviewing every episode, however I noticed the whole story arc of Appleseed while rewatching the show and decided to do videos on characters over the entire series run rather than focus on episodes. I like his stuff, I came across it a few months back, so no, unfortunately I wasn't inspired by him, but I do enjoy his videos.
