    The B-25 is outstanding !! My father was in the USAAF in the Pacific during WWII. He was in the 345th Bomb Group which had B-25s. On this model's vertical stabilizer is the insignia of the 345th "Air Apaches." Dad would have been very proud. Thank you

    Incredible model, amazing scale character. I flew nose-gunner/bombardier in a full-scale "J" model for airshows in the early eighties, so know the 25 well, and I've never seen anything even close to this in quality. GREAT JOB guys!

    I love this plane. It's just gorgeous. The best part are the honest-to-God radial engines- it would've been sad to see such a beautiful piece of work take to the air to the sound of twin weedwhackers or dentist's drills...
    Thanks all around, this is awesome. I love how advanced RC planes have become.
    Sadly, there has been not as much progress in the field of remote announcer microphone deactivation...

  • @michaelsabatschus5941

    This beautyful ship was not lost due a pilot error!!
    The Pilot save the plane when the right engine suddenly cut off, in case of problem with the connection between the ignition box and the engine. All this happened in 20 m, with gear outside and flaps 20°. The worst situation for a suddenly engine cut off.
    The day when it happened, she B-25 had new bigger props and the engines run perfectly till the moment when the connection between the ignition box and engine was disconnected!
    The Pilot handle correct in this situation, and save the plane with some damage but repairable.
    I know it, because i was there!

    With RC models this large and realistic, there really should be no need to use phony looking computer generated aircraft and air battle scenes in any war movies now being made. These models can add a dimension only achievable in the past by using old war footage or full sized relics that are becoming increasingly rare!

    Are people required to have licenses to fly these machines ?

    • @tbobborap1
      @tbobborap1  Рік тому

      not a license but must have third party insurance and the pilot will have passed a competency flying test in the past and must have several yrs (preferably) experience themselves flying large scale models, plus the model must be examined during construction by a professional builder and registered with the CAA and then the model must be flown over many flights of up to 2 hrs in total (sometimes) to accustom the pilot to the model before it can be flown anywhere near the public or public shows, also if none of this criteria is met then the pilot could face imprisonment or heavy fines if he flies it illegally - there are very strict rules in the uk today that govern all types of model and drone flying anywhere in the uk, hope this helps !
