Warmth is very important for small animals. They lose body heat quicker than a large animal. A foal would lay against its mother for warmth. Bringing him inside made all the difference because he lost less body heat and allowed him to conserve energy.
This woman has so much love and caring in her heart. This story brought such joy to my heart. Tubby is beautiful and he certainly found the right home. I cried. There are such good and loving people in the world.

All the videos I've watch, and there have been many, the theme I've noticed is any animal who has been abused, neglected or traumatized and not coming out of their shell, being scared and cowering in crate or room etc... they seem to understand and break free when other animals are around and help them. Once they interact with others and see others interact with their human, they generally let go of that fear and start living their best lives.
OMG. Tubby has got to be the most adorable little horse ever!! I love his personality and his bucking and bouncing. he is so sweet and loving I bet that he would make a great therapy horse along with his doggie siblings.

No matter how tolerate toward seclusion an animal or person can be, there's no way to survive or be happy constantly ALL alone throughout life! That's just not how we're built. i LOVE TUBBY and Stacy, his rescuer is an angel. And educating the public about the dwarf horses special needs, that they should not be owned by everyone, is so important. Tubby jumping and zooming makes my day.
