    Overview:
    0:00 Introduction
    1:06 Landing Site
    5:27 Mission Goals
    6:27 Images from Zhurong
    7:09 Comparison

After the successful landing of the Zhurong rover, China became the second country to land a rover on Mars. The mission landed in Utopia Planitia, a large plain in the northern hemisphere of the Red Planet. In this video, we discuss where Zhurong landed, the experiments on Zhurong, and compare Zhurong to NASA rovers.

Rapid? Not really. China's been launching rockets and missiles for 50+ years now. Space program itself also just as long, except china put space program on hold for few years at one point.
China also focused rightly on developing itself in all other areas first, with focus on infrastructure and building economy and eradicating poverty and raising education and life expectancy of it's people first, there was no rush. Even now, everything should be done in the right order. China is not like usa and can just blow trillions on silly wars. China's gov is actually accountable, heads would roll for war which was proven to be based on a lie.

    Awwww it's so CUTE 🚁💘🚁💘🚁💘🚁💘💩💩💩💩
Let us all hope that China are actually doing some real science and making their discoveries open source.
Unlike NASA over the last 46 years.

Cheaply made Chinese components means it won't last 120 earth days, or roughly two days after the knock off warranty expiration date passes.

Kind of creepy, China is so great, look how clever they are, sounds like the kid is lavishing praise on a copycat rover, (when they are about to discover what we told them in 1976 ?) a lot of stock Chinese released animation. (Sounds like promotional CCP)

All scientific and technical knowledge should be "Open Source".
      Intellectual copyright is Immoral.
      Racism is also bad.

@@Gary-Seven-and-Isis-in-1968 , what part of NASA technical information isn’t “open source” ? There’s no immoral intellectual copyrighting. The reason the communist are there is cause they just duplicated what we did, and now Americans contract out space exploration to 4 different industrial corporations. (Unfortunately Spacex does have copy rite protection ) the communist are only there to prove their at least as good as we were back in 1976.

Most of the video of any interest were credited to nasa, Caltec, or jpl, (cause it looked so similar....) how’s that for an open source rip off?
