Hi, thanks for the video, I sent you an email to your gmail account explaining the problem with my mixer, I included serveral pictures showing the FL24.4.2 , the laptop and iPad working together trought the Fireware and a wireless network.
what you are complaining about according to my experience is the hardware damage from the Firewire module, it's possible that the IC RAM / memory is damaged. have you ever updated the firmware and the network was disconnected or failed? from some of my customers that is one of the causes,
I have four times found this kind of damage, and I replaced it with a new firewire module and it worked,& SL24.4.2 all worked normally, sound normal as before this damage.
Presonus wont help us on this issue. The mixer is useless! If Presonus open for helping us, then I wanna be a customer, if not - I will never pay any dollars for a Presonus product
