good day i did change the ic's but now i getting a static sound from the output. Could it be an ic that i changed, is defective or is it another problem.

Power supply issue. I once had one like this and swapped the PS from a second one with a few dead channels. worked like a charm. Later compared the power supply with the second gen (Ai) version and it's 4 times the size with fan forced cooling on both sides

Hi, I have a Presonus Studio live RM16 AI and there is Noise coming from channel 01,03 and 13. This is without plugging any mic into the input there is noise. Can you please suggest what could be the problem? Any idea about how to Repair it ?

Todos los problemas y fallas de este equipo son producidos por la temperatura...despues de algunas horas encendido, se eleva la temperatura y muestra varias fallas...la marca tenia que haber previsto este problema para evitar que los usuarios tengamos que estar inventando formas de bajar su temperatura... My 24.4.2 has really weak output to the mains... subgroups and auxiliaries work normally.. sometimes the main doesnt work at all.. any help would be appreciated. I replaced one of the voltage regulators, 3 left to do no change yet.

Hi, I have so 16.0.2 all 1-12 channel not working . No input signal metering. Replaced 2 7805regulator . Still no signal showing in all channels. Any advice ? Thank you

Same thing happened to me. While updating to latest firmware unit went dead. Within the warranty period. Do these things have fuses that can be blown?

Presonus wont help us on this issue. The mixer is useless! If Presonus open for helping us, then I wanna be a customer, if not - I will never pay any dollars for a Presonus product
